Love getting my hair done by Anne, it's always so relaxing, also love my head massage.

As always, an excellent service. Ashley is always so knowledgeable and helpful and I am confident I will be happy with my hair. Staff are all lovely and helpful.

There is a warm caring friendly atmosphere in Byron’s. I have been treated by almost every stylist over the years all excellent.

Annabel was fantastic when washing and styling my hair, she was very knowledgable about the products she was using and explained them very well

Anne was fantastic throughout the whole appointment, explained everything very well and her knowledge was very good when recommending different things.

Love going to Byron, a great salon experience - from reception, then Ashley who did a great job in my colour, Rachel (so friendly & attentive) who did the shampoo & kept me topped up with tea & coffee! Finally to Ronnie, who knows exactly how I like my hair cut & is just fab.

Anne always takes the time to talk to me about what I want, and she offers great advice and suggestions. After a lovely head and neck massage she cut and dried my hair with care and attention. Anne cuts my hair so well that it keeps its shape between appointments, even as it grows out.
Everyone in the salon is really friendly and welcoming. Great coffee too!

Byron is a lovely salon and from the moment you enter you are treated exceptionally. The front desk team are always so welcoming and usually know my name. Anne explained everything well and I trust her expertise and knowledge with regard to my hair colour and style. I was relaxed and happy knowing she would do a great job.

Anne is an excellent stylist. I only hope she stays forever. Her customer skills are second to none.
