I visited the salon today as a returning customer after circa 20 years. I was looking for a restyle, and wanted a salon I could trust. Jay did not disappoint. I felt that she listened and really understood what I wanted from my appointment. My head and shoulder massage was lovely, and my two cups of tea were most welcome. My hair is just how I wanted it - really pleased with it :) The lady at reception was open and very welcoming too. A great visit,

Paula is very attentive. She is always happy to answer my questions about styling and show me how to do things. I'm always happy with my cut and she knows I don't like spending time on styling my hair!

I recently went for a short pixie style with Jay and I am so happy with the outcome, it is so lovely and I’ve had lots of compliments, thank you very much again Jay!

Dom has been cutting my hair for a very long time and he keeps getting better and better , this man is a true expert but always learning ,always polishing his technique and always trying to improve on what most stylists may never have , every visit is a treat from the minute i enter the door , the welcome , the chat (banter ) the professionalism , the service ,advice and the end product ,thats why ill always be a client of salon thanks your all awesome

Appointment was 9.00am but wasn’t seen until 9.15, apart from a cup of coffee. Disappointed that Dom was running late so early in the day.

Had my hair blow dried by Darcie just hours before my wedding, I honestly couldn't ask for better, she did an absolutely fantastic job and the style held all day. I also had my hair cut and coloured on the Wednesday in preparation, but had just came out of hospital so wasn't feeling great, and the staff looked after me so well and kept me comfortable.

Glad to get out of the torrential rain today for a calm and relaxing colour session with Michelle. Really happy with the results - as usual - perfect tones and perfect curls !!

As usual, I had a great cut & blow dry at Migele Experience. They look after me really well especially as I have some health issues at the moment and Donna, my stylist, always takes that into account when we decide on my cut. It is a lovely salon, great staff, and a really enjoyable, relaxing experience having my hair cut there.

As always fantastic seeing Michelle care, attention and advice greatly appreciated as always.

This is a fabulous salon, with super friendly and knowledgeable stylists. Donna is a wonderful hairdresser who always listens to her clients first, and then advises on how best to achieve the look that you want. You will leave feeling well and truly pampered!

Paula is extremely good at her job and very calm and efficient with a lovely manner, she explains everything she is doing and puts you at ease.

A very pleasant experience although I was telling Michelle about my hair cut in France using the shampoo to massage the head before actually shampooing and massage chairs while you are being washed and conditioned.
