Hi Sean, although you've already posted a review of your experience on Google which I've answered, I will update you further. As I explained the service you received was totally unacceptable. We have a written policy on late arrivals and that is , we will always accept a client . The stylist should have come to speak to you face to face and there was no reason that your daughter should have been refused. Our policy is that we never, ever refuse a late client. We have since had a meeting with the stylist and reminded her of our written policy and have emphasised that this should never happen. May I offer my sincere apologies once more and unfortunately due to this refusal we never had a chance to offer you the high standards that we pride ourselves on.
