Loved how thorough and interested Dom was in enquiring about the condition of my hair and style I was interested in. He made some great suggestions for the shape of my face/head and style that would suit and I was very happy with that. Looking forward to my next appointment as he suggested I let my hair grow a bit longer to more fully shape it to suit the style he has in mind for me.

I usually get my hair cut by the wonderful Paula but because I needed it done on a specific day I got the pleasure of meeting Darcie. She was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, asked me loads of questions and talked me through everything she was doing as she was doing it. She also gave me amazing tips & product recommendations for maintaining my hair at home that don't break the bank. To top it off, she had me smiling and laughing all the way through the experience. An absolute delight!

As a lady of a……certain age I felt it was time to go from dark to a bit lighter. My hair was in really good condition and I was worried about the effects bleaching might have. I talked it over with Jay and she was quick to come up with a plan. We opted to do it in 3 stages which was absolutely the right choice. My hair is lighter, in great condition still thanks to conditioning treatments that were recommended. I can not speak highly enough of Jay and all the staff at Migele Experience. They also have their own hair products available which are also amazing.

Tonight I was in to get my haircut with Jay and there was such a lovely vibe in the salon. Everyone was cheery and helpful . Nice build up to my Christmas holidays. Really pleased with my hair and even my husband noticed!

Came in for my hair to to be lightened but came away with the same colour I came in with.

As always Darcie delivers she always explains each step she is doing. Listens to what I want and makes sure it happens. Lovely friendly girl and is honest if colours/cut will suit. Highly recommend

Great experience, from the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Michelle and front of house staff, and all the way through my haircut. Michelle is clearly really knowledgeable and does an amazing job every time, always listening to what I want/need and giving great advice. And she’s super friendly too!
