Lovely relaxing morning

My new-style cut is fantastic. I even got complements from my husband and kids when I got home!!!! Also thanks to reception staff for making me a cuppa when I turned up early for my appointment. A good all-round experience, as ever.

I have been a client for 25 years and have always experienced an exceptionally high standard of service. From the moment I walk through the door everyone is polite, listens to my wants and desires (or moans!!) and are helpful and professional at all times.

Just put the hair drier down. So delighted at how well my hair is sitting. Yet another great cut from Bruce. He is the best! My family come home from different areas of the world and first stop is Sutherland's ! Nothing but courtesy and care from the minute you walk in the door. No parking. chargesand wonderful views from the salon windows.

Every time I get my hair coloured and cut I get a different hairdresser (this is because I always make last minute appointments) the quality and standard of these hairdressers are brilliant....I would also like to say that reception staff are the nicest people you could meet. The fantastic Louisa who regularly does my hair had to ask Jade to colour my hair due to a family emergency.
Jade did a great job at changing my colour to ombré and I'm so pleased with the results!

Visited salon for first time today, not the most modern decor, but great buzz and busy for a reason! Best cut in a long time! Bruce certainly knows his trade and is very passionate about hairdressing and teaching his students.
