Another must in life is a visit to Sutherland's for tonsorial titillation. Just been for my pre-Christmas visit and experienced the magic once more. Next appointment booked.

receptionists Fiona and Una are very welcoming.
Did not have to wait to be taken to the beauty room.
Alana is very efficient and friendly. I love my time with her.
The salon has a good admosphere.

I had never had a luxury manicure but would recommend this. It was lovely and Mandy was excellent to the point of giving me a shouldervand neck massage whilst my hands were being wrapped. Will certainly do this again in the future.

I saw Rebecca today, as I very often do, for a Gel Overlay appointment.
All your staff are lovely--very competent & caring, & I am delighted to be able to praise them all.

However, I always feel I am on the same wavelength as Rebecca & therefore tend to always ask for her. She is very efficient, meticulous in her work & obviously enjoys her work, & I am always delighted with the result. She is very attentive to the wishes & needs of each individual customer & I give her 10 out of 10. Her good sense of humour is a bonus!

I had a very relaxing luxury manicure. I was met by my therapist Mandy who was very friendly and experienced. She went out of her way to make sure I had a very relaxing time, my hands felt soft and moisturised after the treatment. I Would definitely recommend.

Wendy is my go to girl for the perfect colour not just for Christmas but for all year round.

At Sutherlands today for 90 mins of sheer bliss in the salon, a Decleor oressence treatment. Excellent therapist and all round experience, can't wait to book another one!!

I first had my hair cut by Bruce about forty years ago, having travelled miles to do so. I recently returned to him and it was the best thing I could have done, his vision is great and cuts impeccable.

Have put a 4 for value only because it it is so expensive.

Came in with a cut I hated and could do nothing with. Bruce listened and took time to discuss what would work/suit me. Left with a fantastic hair do that I can actually do myself. Came into work and lots of compliments - love it, take years off you, love the colour (didn't actually have it coloured but the way it was cut brought the colour out). I am so pleased and happy with it. Thank you

Can't praise the girls at Sutherland's enough. Love love love my Christmas nails as does my daughter. Back in 3 weeks time for another lovely session. We get whatever we want and its never a problem.

I love coming into Sunderlands to get my hair cut. I always get an appointment with Jacqueline and she never disappoints! I never feel rushed, despite the fact that I know Jacqueline will probably have another client straight after me, she always has time to chat and makes a perfect job of my hair everytime.

Went in to salon on the off-chance that I could be taken to have calgeks removed then re-done. Marion was her usual helpful self and I was seen right away by Mandy. First class job, great advice and well looked after. Fab salon.

I took my two sons who are 11 and 3 years old to have there hair cut today. Sasha was absolutely excellent with my youngest, making him feel very comfortable and Amy chatted away to my eldest as usual.
Both left with very smart haircuts.
The Sutherlands experience is always superb from when you call to make an appointment , to when you leave and your coat is nice and warm from the heater below the coat rail!!

Silvana is excellent. This is a luxury facial and I cannot recommend it enough. Try it.

Consistent high standard and quality delivered over many years which is very difficult to do. Not only that it has moulded and trained many a young gauche teenager into someone with a good work ethic and appreciation of customer service. There is nowhere better at looking after your hair.
