Excellent cut and great styling

I can not recommend Sutherlands enough for all beauty treatments. I live and work in London, but have yet to find anything like Sutherlands. They are up to date with all new products and the staff are extremely attentive and create a very relaxing atmosphere.

As always I had a great experience at Surherlands. Lovely, friendly staff. I love the head massage when you get your hair washed.

First time with Rebecca and she was excellent. I have one or two sore bits on my feet and nails and she was tender and careful not to get any product into them in case it hurt. First class manicure and brilliant paint jobs on both my feet and hands. Left the salon walking on air with beautiful matching polish jobs. Thank you Rebecca, I'm coming back soon for that facial or massage x

Normally I have Joanne doing my hair but as she is enjoying her maternity leave I have had Sam the last couple of times. Sam has very quickly become familiar with my "mop" and each time I have seen her (3 x now) I have been absolutely delighted. This latest time was in preparation for my daughters wedding and Sam excelled herself, great cut and fantastic colour making it very easy to look the part as mother of the bride on the big day.

Delighted with hair but disappointed with nails. When I got home and put my glasses on I found nail polish on the skin around some of the nails so had to tidy up the finish myself. This is the first time I have had just a file and polish so maybe I am expecting too much?

As always the staff were very professional in all aspects of their duties. Ps Bruce is getting better also. Ha ha

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Sutherlands this morning! The whole experience was wonderful starting with the head massage which was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Susan was lovely and I am delighted with my hair. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, starting with the welcome at reception. So looking forward to my next visit!

I have just returned from having my hair cut at Sutherlands. It is the most relaxing experience - it makes me want to sleep ! From the lovely head massage during the shampoo to the final snip of the scissors it is a wonderful experience

Yet another lovely cut by Amanda. Spending lots of time on an Outer Hebridean Isle sometimes makes a trip to the hairdresser tricky. My last cut was on the hoof, in London - I had to ask for my hair to be tweaked ( too heavy). Yesterday, I had no such problem. It's such a treat to visit Amanda at Suterland's Hair Design - great cut. Bravo Amanda.

I just had my brows and lip waxed for the very first time, previously too scared to do it. However it was quick and not nearly as terrifying as I thought it would be. Liking the results and would do it again. The therapist was lovely and put me at ease.

I have been going to sutherlands for approximately 1 year now..... I have always had excellent service and have loved the haircuts from Bruce and colouring from Sasha. However, today I attended for am appointment to get my hair cut and dyed (which had been booked a few months in advance) for my upcoming holiday to Florida, only to be told that it would be best to wait until after my holiday to get my hair coloured as the sun would just ruin it! And really, both Sasha and Bruce said it did not need dyed at the moment..... In 20 years of holiday preparation of getting my hair cut and coloured, this is the first time this has happened. This shows that this salon puts its CUSTOMERS NEEDS FIRST and PROFT LAST! They could have easily coloured my hair, accepted my money and knew I would be back in 8 weeks but professionally advised what they felt was best for my hair, despite losing the sale of a hours + colouring... Top marks!!!!!!!!! 5 stars for everything but value, and that's onl

Another good experience at Sutherland's Salon. Today I was there for a hair cut and was well looked after by each member of staff from the moment I stepped over the doorstep. I am always impressed by the consistently high standards shown by the receptionists, the junior hairdresser and the owner himself.
It would be impossible to find this experience other than relaxing ... not forgetting an excellent hair cut and styling.

Hair cuts in previous salons were definitely not in the same league.

Have been using the salon for a good few years and always experience impeccable service and made to feel welcome. Wendy always consults before starting the cut and makes sure I am happy with the finished styling.

The salon is also great for hair products and all staff seem to have excellent knowledge with these.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Calm, professional, friendly atmosphere. The 'Boss' on the cut and thorough, efficient and lovely Susan ruthlessly hunting out every grey and producing a wondrous blend of depth and colour. And if you want a salon with a view then look no further.

Sasha made a brilliant job of my hair. Really listened to the issues I was having and cut my hair with this in mind.
Oonagh as usual was welcoming and friendly.

Sadly this was not my most enjoyable experience. Up until I was put under hairdryer it was very good. After the timer went off I sat for 20 min before anyone came to me . In end it was a rush to get home therefore to time was left to finish off my hair to the usual standard.
