Delighted with my haircut today my stylist Sasha doesn't seem to do much cutting to my very untrained eye but the results are wonderful. She makes it seemed effortless very gifted and talented stylist ????

Took my mum in today. Amanda cut her hair and Robyn blow dried it. Both were great with mum, looking after her beautifully. She hasn't stopped talking about how much she enjoyed it all afternoon!

We love Sutherlands but the homely atmosphere in the reception area is disappearing and the owners should try sitting on the bench seats for 30 minutes to see how they would like it.

Another great appointment. This time with Bruce and Jackie but usually with Joanna. No matter who your appointment is with, you always receive amazing service from everyone... the lovely ladies on reception, the friendly girls washing your hair and the stylists and colourists.
The training in this salon (not just on the hair side of things) but quite importantly on the customer service side of things is another reason I keep on returning.

I have been going to Sutherlands for many years now and it is always a pleasure. Everyone is treated like a friend and I have never been disappointed with my haircut.
Lovely friendly staff and just a nice way to spend an hour or so.

The moment you enter the Salon there is a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere which is shown to everyone.

Just been in for my regular cut and blow dry with Sam today and visited Alanah on Saturday. I love Sutherlands as they are more than just a hairdressers. Friendly staff, always willing to please and I leave feeling a million dollars.

I needed a hair makeover and am absolutely delighted with my new style as is my husband!! :-) Bruce is fantastic and I always trust and go to him if I need a new look. The whole experience is a pleasure. My mum, sister and work colleague all now go to Bruce even though my sister lives the other side of Glasgow.

I have already told Bruce I had a good day yesterday excellent but unfortunately there is a however. I purchased system professional balance mask which is half the size of the one I previously purchased from you but at the same price ,so sadly I will not purchase again. Also because I checked my bill because of the above (which I do not usually do) I found my colour charge was for a full head instead of half. I had to ask twice for the bill breakdown ! However delighted with the hair . Thank you

Had a cut and colour by Louisa. It was excellent. I got the colour i wanted. Staff were all friendly from booking to hair washing. Got offered two cups of coffee too.
Would definitely recommend for getting an excellent service. It is pricey but id rather spend that extra and know the colour will last.

I thought I'd had a stone massage before. After this experience, I discovered that this had not been the case. The stone massage that I received today was far beyond expectations and the lasting benefits are still being felt several days later. Thank you Mandy for your very professional skills and helpful hints during the after care chat.

I have been a long time customer at the salon due to growing up locally. I have now moved away however I greatly enjoy coming back for the new facilities. I managed to get a walkin appointment and within 15 minutes was sitting getting my hair cut. I. Was given excellent service and great conversation by the stylist cutting my hair. I would highly recommend the institution.

Narrow passage between treatment chairs does not allow for immediate sweeping of floor areas.
I was wading through tons of hair which was brushed away whilst I got my hair done.

Got hair cut and coloured to start with, the service was excellent and Sally did a super job / thank you!

Got my legs waxed for the first time ever while I was here. Diane explained the process of waxing and the aftercare clearly.

Overall I've had a very positive experience here. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Sutherlands hair & beauty salon for 30 years this year..!! & also my children from their first cut.They now in their 20's! Am just home from my latest haircut which was an 11 round hour trip. Think all of this says the experience & haircut you get.

I go back to the days of Bruce's Father, when my Moyher took my brothers there to have their hair cut. Bruce has done wonders, it is a lovely place to visit for either hair or beauty !

I have been fortunate enough to attend Sutherlands on a number of occasions for both hair and beauty treatments. The staff are all very professional from the minute you walk in to the girls on the "shop floor". My first impression was just how clean the salon is from the front foyer to the toilets with their gorgeous smelling products. The staff are very approachable and the owners should be extremely happy with what feels like a family atmosphere and that you are being welcomed into their family. Well done to all and please keep up the good work!
