I recently started using Avante Garde for eye brow wax & tint after a poor experience with a well known place in Cheltenham and now I'm only sorry I didn't use them sooner. So pleased with my experience at this Salon. I had hair extensions fitted today after experiencing a very poor experience elsewhere last September.
I was listened to and all staff i spoke to helped me to feel confident in trying again despite having very thin, fine hair.
Ellie has done a cracking job and carefully cut the extensions to fit my style. My hair now looks fuller and full of vitality instead of limp and lifeless. I'm smitten. Thanks so much Ellie and team - you have restored my faith in hairdressers!

I have Charlie the beautician to do my waxing eyebrows etc always friendly and does my 3 facial waxing so well shame whilst she’s on maternity there won’t be anybody to do this so will have to go elsewhere which is a shame as having my hair done on same days makes it easier and convenient
My hairdresser Diane whom I’ve been going to avant garde in Cleeve for a year now have found her very polite easy to talk to re advice or listening to what I think I’d might like to try and I am always pleased with the colours cut and blow dry and having other compliments from my customers and family and my hair is easily managed myself the all pamper and treat is great

Our experience there was great and her hair cut looks amazing, we are very happy with that but I found it a little frustrating/dissapointing that I wasn’t able to book my daughters appointment in advance (was told that I would have to just call on the day and hope there is a space, luckily there was but I’m very busy and like to book things in advance so I know they will happen when I need them to.) When I asked why appointments couldn’t be booked for children in advance I was told they had been let down in the past so it was their policy but that doesn’t feel very fair to those who do keep appointments and did make me think about going elsewhere.
Abbey was great. Listened and advised for hair style. Very pleased with the result.
