Diane was so professional and knowledgeable from the initial chat about what I wanted, sorting the patch test and then actually doing my hair. She saved a picture to her phone so she knew what I wanted and was able to refer back to it. And on the day explained thoroughly what her plan was. The colour is amazing looked just like the picture. Yazz was very kind, with clear instructions to Arabella and made gentle conversation. The cut was lovely, most importantly my daughter liked it and she liked the hairdresser. Arabella asked to go back again. A bit expensive for a childs cut but overall, good customer service, hair cut done very well. Arabella said her neck hurt from the basin.

Myself and three of my friends won the competition to have our own table, wash and blow dry, pink prosecco & nibbles.
We had the best time, this was the most perfect pamper for a much needed girly day- such a good idea!
All of the ladies were so so lovely and we honestly cannot thank you enough.
PS The massage chair was also incredible whilst getting our hair washed.
Definitely recommend, can’t wait to return in a few weeks time. Thank you again!

As I have long hair and I had a colour and cut and blow dry it was a long appointment but Just the best experience, Charlie was so easy to chat to and so so helpful with her advice, really enjoyed the massage chair very relaxing! I have dreamed of an ashy blonde colour with root smudge for years, every high end salon I go to says that it’s unachievable until today.
Chloe is so talented, she knew exactly what to do to make my dream come true, I have never had a hair colour and cut like this in my life, it’s insane!!! The salon is absolutely beautiful and modern which was the icing on the cake.

After coming in for a consultation with Charlie, she knew exactly want I wanted and was able to deliver it exceptionally. The hair appointment itself was well delivered and I was treated with warmth and kindness. I am now in love with my new hair and the final result. Charlie did half a head of foils and was able to blend them into my natural hair with ease. I would highly recommend this salon!
