My daughter really enjoyed her haircut, she has thick afro 4c hair and Robert gave her a great trim and shape.. Will definitely be returning, thanks Robert.

Robert was attentive as always and I always feel he listens to me and is able to offer advice. I never feel rushed and he always takes his time with my cut. He also gives the best head massage!

Josh has been doing my hair for some time and I am always pleased with the result. He is thorough in his consultation and listens to any concerns I may have about my hair.

I have had my hair cut by Lauren for a year or more now and have been really happy. She is very easy to talk to about my hair and has great tips and suggestions. She is the first regular hair dresser I've had in years. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Always a friendly welcome and offer of refreshments from the salon staff. Josh has been cutting my hair for a number of years and I am always delighted with the results. He is such a lovely young man and we always have a nice chat while he’s cutting my hair.

Josh is the consummate professional, making you feel like you are his only client for the day - despite being VERY busy. He never disappoints.

We have been twice to have our little boys haircut with Lauren now. She is brilliant with him, he was very nervous and didn't like getting his hair cut before coming to Lauren. Rob hit the nail on the head with my hair. This is the first time I have had my hair done with Rob, he listened to exactly what I wanted and nailed it. I have been to a few places over the years and all have done a nice job on my hair but this is the first time that I have walked away with the thought, yes this is exactly what I wanted and got complements as soon as I saw friends and family. Such a lovely person, good value and very talented.

Kaci was super friendly and so informative, she gave me advice on my hair and even informed me on how best to look after my hair and what products to try. She walked me through everything she did and my hair looked amazing

Sky does my hair and she is absolutely lovely. She is so polite and kind, and always friendly and welcoming. I am always very pleased with my hair cut, colour and blowdry from
Sky. She also explains very well in detail about colour and toner, and is extremely proffesional.

I cannot fault the service one bit. Kaci was honestly so amazing. She went above and beyond for me and I was so pleased with the results. Reflections should be proud to have Kaci on their team.
