From start to finish a great experience- from a wonderful hair wash/massage to a fab hair cut - really pleased

My first cut and blow by Ellie has been a really enjoyable experience. We had a really good chat and Ellie was very attentive and polite. I am thrilled with the result and Ellie really listened to what I wanted but also brought her expertise to bear to suit me and my hair. Well done Ellie I will certainly be coming to you again.

Head massage / hair wash was probably the best I’ve ever had - no back of the neck drips, super comfortable, relaxing, tranquil. Wonderful basin area and atmospheric music.

Cut and finish very good - exactly what I asked for and very flattering. Very friendly and knowledgable / skilled stylist who inspired confidence.

I had a great first experience at the salon. It was extremely sanitary and everything had been carefully considered (even down to individual bags to put your belongings into to keep them off the floor.
It was a very relaxed atmosphere (some salons feel so rushed and hectic!)
Ellie was lovely and did an amazing job on my hair. The products used have left my hair feeling super soft and shiny and they smell amazing too! Will come back!

Ella Hair is wonderful. I always leave feeling like a million dollars. Holly cut and coloured my hair today and she was brilliant. I have booked my daughter in as I think the stylists at Ella really understand different hair types and are completely in tune with what their clients need.

Everyone does a great job, I felt super safe with the environment, plenty of sanitiser available and cleaning happening with space between everyone! The salon is clearly super booked up but felt like a safe and relaxed atmosphere!

It's been so long and the shaggy dog look was getting me down but so many different styles to choose from .Jade listened ,advised and seemed to know what I was after --an edgy Pixie look that would make me feel able to face the world again !Fabulous result many thanks I bounded up the road and am off into town today for a look round the shops --there is life after lockdown !
