Meadow gave me an amazing colour treatment and as always Louise cut my hair just as I wanted

Lou is a great stylist with a personality to match. She listens to what I request and always cuts my hair as per my request. Never disappointed, always delighted.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful for my first visit. Lovely Letia talked me through my consultation and applied the colours. Marvellous Mel worked her magic with a cut and styled finish. Love my hair and happily booked the next one.

Absolutely love my cut and colours with Jade. She is able to translate what I want in terms of colour into reality, in a way that is also low maintenance, easy to manage and grows out/colour fades up really nicely. So happy with the cut and colour every time and the wider salon experience - the free coffees and the forest style washroom - is always a treat!

Going to Ella’s is not just a haircut, it is being looked after. All the staff try to do all they can for you. Jade listens and does a great cut. Also excellent to see all the team does for the environment.

Just got back from a long awaited trip back to Ella and the Amazing Louise! I haven’t been for some time for a personal reason but could NOT wait to get back in that chair! It was like going back home! The most amazing welcome from all the girls. Louise listened to my re-style ask and I felt immediately comfortable with what we discussed and the skill she had to make it happen! My hair wash was absolutely amazing, with a wonderful chat and head massage from the brilliant Emma. The whole experience was utter perfection and so relaxing. It’s so nice to just know you are in fabulously talented hands from the receptionist, head washer and stylist! I am so glad I am back.

My hair is just amazing! Exactly what I asked for and more! I was totally feeling myself on the drive home and just wish I was going out tonight to show it off! I love that Louise has cut my hair in such a way that I just know I will be able to repeat a similar style again tomorrow! (Although not quite as amazing as she does it!)

Thanks ladies! I just love that I’ll be back in 6 weeks to relax, unwind, chat with you all and feel amazing when I leave!

Jade used a colour and a toner and I wa a really pleased with the results - I have long hair and she also cut it really well and advised me to have it shaped at the front. The best result I have had ever for colour and it’s tricky to get the balance right at 50 between blonde/grey and tone.

Feeling fabulous after having partial highlights and tint /gloss on my hair. Daniela really understands what I like and I feel great. A lovely lady too x

First visit to the salon & Letia certainly worked her magic. Quite a dramatic cut from long to ‘bob’ & I couldn’t be happier. She listened to what I wanted & advised me what would work best for me. Just fabulous, I’ll definitely be back to see her soon

From the warmest of welcomes to the smiliest goodbyes, my experience at Ella Hair today was absolutely smashing! My colour was done by Mollie who was very friendly and my cut was done by Bradley who was super helpful and equally as friendly. I was check up on several times to see if I wanted anything to drink or if I was comfortable which was very comforting. And to top off my experience I loved the salon because environmentally friendly!

Brad has cut my hair for a couple of years now and I'm always pleased with what he does. He's a really good stylist, listens to what you say you want, and always makes you feel you've been well taken care of.

I had a great first experience! My stylist was attentive, listened to my thoughts on how I wanted my hair cut and styled and gave me her professional opinion. I Moved the separate room which has low mood lighting, a wall of green plants which were dotted with fairylights and a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying a head massage too.
I was pleased with my cut and blow-dry and for the advice on future colouring techniques. I would highly recommend the salon based on my experience today.

I've been coming to Ella for years and I've never had a bad experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are all knowledgeable and provide a wonderful service. I always come away feeling great.

I had a lovely salon visit today, very relaxing and enjoyable. Jade was lovely to chat with, knowledgeable giving me lots of suggestions and advice and did a great cut. Absolutely loved my head massage in the calming environment of the salon's hair washing room as well. Looking forward to my next visit for a cut and colour 😊
