Sophie lovely lady we had chat and my hair looked lovely made me feel at home

My first visit yesterday and I had a challenging task of sorting my new post chemo hair. I was looked after very well with lots of advice and my hair was shaped to a much more respectable shape. All it needs now is some more growth.
I will definitely use this salon again after my positive experience here.

Great visit, friendly and efficient service

I’m so happy with my latest visit to Ella I usually have mollie to colour my hair but this time I had a cut too. Very pleased with how she cut and styled it for my photoshoot.

This was my first time to Ella Hair.
I was greeted by Emma who was really lovely and friendly. Bradley put me at ease, listened to what I wanted and I was thrilled with the finish. I left feeling very glam ! Thank you so much.

Having tried a few salons locally, I have to say that the service I get at Ella is the best so far. Everyone is really friendly, I love the sustainable approach of the salon and what can I say about Bradley apart from…he’s a legend!

I moved to Cheltenham over 20 years ago but wasn't happy with the quality of hair stylists cutting my hair until I found Ella!
Stylists who've cut my hair may have moved on but they always recommend a different member of the team who'll 'suit' my hair and I haven't ever been disappointed.
Mel cuts hair very well, dries it as you ask and I'm always happy when I leave...and never leave with the feeling that I want to wash and style my hair myself ( if you know what I mean).

A lovely welcome, as usual. Fab head masssge after washing and then a great hair cut with Mel.

I am so impressed with the bespoke colour Bradley created for me on Friday. From the initial consultation to the appointment Bradley was professional, friendly and I am so happy with the result. I also really appreciated his suggestions and advice when deciding on the colour.

This was my second time at Ella. The first time I had my hair coloured it was fine. Whixh covered my grey hair at the front.
However this second time the whole front section of my hair looks even more grey and the blonde and brown hasn't taken. I did complain and its been done again but it still looks way to grey and the front and I font like it. Make me feel old.

I felt comfortable and relaxed having my hair washed, trimmed and blow dried. Jade definitely made sure I was happy, I had a tea and a biscuit..the cit was fantastic too!
