Having recently moved to Cheltenham I had been concerned about finding a good hairdresser. I needn't have worried! My first appointment began with Sue (the receptionist) making me feel very welcome, even though I was thirty minutes early for my appointment. Emma, my stylist, was great. She spent time asking me what I wanted and she then took time to explain what technique she would use to achieve this. The entire appointment was great and I was very pleased with my hair at the end of the appointment. I will definitely come back and have already booked a second appointment.

My first visit to Francescos, having bagged a cancellation AND on a Saturday! Warm and welcoming reception courtesy of Sue, who booked me in and provided me with a freshly made cuppa and biccie!
