Never had had haircut by Emma before. She has such an nice personality and was very knowledgeable and looked at my photos of my hair and how I liked it.
Had every confidence in her when she started cutting my hair .
Best hair shape it has been in a while especially as my hair has become alot thinner.

I’ve used Vicky for around 12 years - she’s so knowledgeable and listens carefully to what clients want. She’s the best - hair dying (v careful with foils), hair cutting and styling. My hair is not easy hair and she manages it perfectly. You’re lucky if you’ve found this salon!

Evie was really knowledgeable and recommended a great style as part of the consultation.

Once again Vicky was amazing, she treats all her customers the same no matter what they are having done or how early or late their appointment is you feel like the only person Vicky has seen that day. The Kerastraight was a treat for me yesterday at Francesco’s Cheltenham. This usually lasts for 6 months and Vicky has once again done a fantastic job with clear instructions on care and maintenance. I have an appointment next week for cut and colour with Vicky.

I’ve been to Francesco’s a few times now and Oliwia never fails to make me feel comfortable and welcomed into the salon. Oliwia always makes sure she knows exactly what I want doing to my hair and does it perfectly every time. I also love that Oliwia will give me her honest opinion and options that she thinks would be best for my hair. Thank you so much for always making me feel amazing about my hair xxx

Once again all staff gone above and beyond making sure every single step of my appointment was enjoyable and all so friendly, my colour is perfect again and Evie makes sure she only trims a little at a time to reassure me .I'm at the most happiest I've ever been with m hair.And I'm very fussy

This was a delightful experience from start to finish. It was wonderful to be in the centre of town and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Olivia could not have been more attentive and easy to deal with and really took her time to get things exactly right and to listen to what I wanted. A gem of a find and I shall be returning.

It was my first time visiting this salon. From when I stepped in, the space felt so welcoming, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Emma was brilliant - so easy to talk to, kind and professional. I am 39 weeks pregnant and she made the experience relaxing. I was very happy with my haircut and left feeling great!

This was my second haircut with Oliwia, she had been recommended to me by a friend. I am so pleased/happy with the way Oliwia cuts my hair, she is so enthusiastic and clearly very skilful, she has a really good understanding of ‘how hair works’! Very impressive.

Came in for a cut & blow dry and Oliwia understood exactly what I wanted. I don’t have my hair cut very often and sometimes get a bit of anxiety when I do but I felt very relaxed and the head massage is always my favourite bit! Thank you!

Vicky has been styling my hair for years. She's always taken my (sometimes crazy) ideas and turned them into a wonderful cut that suits me. As well as her usual great service and style for me today, she also took the time to help my toddler feel comfortable and confident before trimming his hair into a neat style, which kept some of the length he enjoys.

Aoife has told me that Vicki did her hair because her stylist was ill! This has blown me away! Thank you for caring that it was her prom day and sorting out her appointment without even worrying us. YOU ARE THE BEST!

Vicky is a wonderful cutter and stylist with many years experience! Lovely lady too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now after many years of great advice and great cuts.

Excellent cut as usual

Had a great consultation with Evie and really felt listened too. Booked in for the actual colouring and cut etc and again had a lovely appointment. Happy with the service but although I had a gown and plastic cover, my t-shirt was still stained with hair dye. After a couple of weeks I realised my hair was looking a little stripey so contacted Evie and she booked me in and fixed all of my concerns for no extra charge so overall a really great service and now I absolutely love my hair!

Thank you Oliwia for another beautiful haircut. And thank you to the receptionist for being warm welcoming and so helpful. Another great experience!
