What can I say? My experience was absolutely wonderful. The establishment is clean and gorgeous. Staff wonderful and super professional, and Elliott was simply fantastic with me, even though I messed up my booking. He was so patience and manage to do a wonderful job despite the circumstances. For the staff, I'm very sorry for my error and for everyone else... I 100% recommend this hairdresser. Top!

Elliot always listens to what you would like to achieve, the cut is amazing. I find the shape and style always last until the next appointment. Colour is always fab too!

Moved from up north to Cheltenham a year ago and felt it was time I hunt a good salon. From having my aunt cut my hair for years, I’d not been to a salon in over ten years and the idea scares me. But Elliot was amazing, great to chat to about my hair issues and wants - but gave his expertise and got the look to suit me! Will definitely go back and ease my way into loving going out to get my hair done again!

I love my copper colour and elliot has been the only hairdresser that has got it right...rich, bold and perfect! Great cut and blow dry. Would definitely recommend

Had my hair coloured with Alice and am so pleased with the result - she gave great advice with colour choice, and I am loving my new look! My hair feels so healthy and looks so shiny I couldn’t be happier. Lovely comfortable clean and welcoming salon environment too.

Alice was really sweet and friendly. She was also super knowledgable about curly hair and was able to give me great advice too - love my haircut!

I have had the same hair style for many many years, and contemplated a change for a while, in so pleased I choose Alice. I left it totally up to her to give me a low maintenance high end look and she delivered and more, I can not that her enough and I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair.

Just called in without appt hopeful for a blow dry. Guy was so welcoming and fitted me in with no more than 5 min wait. Wash was through and felt amazing. Blow dry was unreal, Elliot was fabulous and hair smelt and felt amazing for days!

Perfect location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had my hair cut and coloured today, when I got home I had a surprise video call which I didn't mind answering as I was so pleased with my hair. I was right to feel good too. The first word I got was a "WOW! You're hair looks amazing" I have to tell you I'm pleased.

Another really lovely haircut/ colour by Elliot. He really is in another league, he listens and truly accommodates to your needs. The salon also has a warm inviting atmosphere.

I haven’t let a single person touch my hair in over 3 years, as it’s my comfort blanket and I’m super fussy on how it looks, but I let Alice take reign on it today and can honestly say it’s the nicest my hair has ever looked and I couldn’t be happier with it! She was so warm and welcoming and put my anxiety at ease, I honestly couldn’t recommend her any more!
