Will was incredible removing my extensions and he never put them in. And is always so great at advice. But my hair is left more damaged. It has snapped in various places. I highly suggest women with fine hair not to get these. My hair was not bad before extensions but now I need a lot chopped off. I think hairdressers should be more honest about the damage of extensions. And the other charges like £75 to remove them

Had Lisa for the first time today and she was brilliant. I absolutely love my hair cut, she did it EXACTLY how I wanted it and that rarely happens. The wash so relaxing it felt like a scalp massage included. I was able to enjoy the peace of a quiet Monday and the whole experience so wonderful. Will definitely book Lisa when she is back from maternity.

Fantastic stylist, however, the salon do not support their stylists … they r a very busy salon and never seem to have support staff to wash off colours etc, and when they do they don’t all have the experience and I’ve had to return to the basin because of conditioner being left in, if u r going to charge these prices then make sure you support your stylists

First of all, everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful! My stylist, Jake, has cut my hair for years - I moved and now travel over 2 hours to see him! He does an excellent job (which is why I travel!) and worth every penny. Everything and everyone is 5* - I fully recommend!

Jake and Will were great as usual but unfortunately the points system changing is very disappointing.
I planned to use some points to help pay with the cost as all services have gone up recently but was told you now need more than double points to be able to get the same reward as previously.
There has been no offers for a long time and at this time where we're all struggling it seems a bit unfair to hit loyal customers with all these increases and no rewards.
The parking around town has also gone up to nearly £2 an hour so adds an additional £6/8 on to my overall costs.
I wouldn't want to go elsewhere as Jake is fantastic but the costs are becoming a bit much at this time.
