The Cirencester salon has a great vibe and feels like a London salon. Jason cuts my hair and leaves my fine, flat hair with lots of body and movement

Grant is always excellent. A true artisan, and very polite and friendly. I always look forward to my chats with him and look and feel great when I leave!

You should give him a pay rise for his excellence.

Lisa is a fantastic hairdresser and always gets my cut and colour absolutely spot on.

A little disappointed with the final results but all staff were very polite friendly

I've had many cuts here before but had a poor cut last week, very unusual! Contacted the salon and no problem, Grant resolved it for me today. It's been cut beautifully. 5* for excellent customer service - I'll definitely be back.

I have been coming to Mark Blake for many years now and it’s always a pleasure to get my hair done there. Everyone is so welcoming from the receptionists. The hairdressers are professional & most importantly knowledgeable about hair & colouring! The wonderful head massage & huge range of beverages are an added bonus. Wonderful team.

It's always a treat to have my hair done here. The whole experience is lovely, all the staff are attentive, friendly and professional and Martyna is a brilliant stylist and colourist.

I left the salon feeling wonderful after my highlights and blow dry with Grant.
I highly recommend Grant for colour and especially for a cut! Adding the additional Toner and wella plex treatment with a colour really does make a difference and protects your hair , I’ve had this several times and it makes your colour ‘pop’ , last longer and protects the condition of your hair.

Jason is creative, skilled and a perfectionist.
Listens to what you want, gives constructive advice and excellent results.
All the staff are friendly and respectful.

I absolutely love going to MB! All staff are efficient and very friendly. Jake has always given great service advising and doing exactly what is asked. Nothing is too much and always love the selection of drinks and snacks. A real treat and high standards always delivered!

I would like to add that although I don’t mind being asked to do a survey, I object to having to declare that I am telling the truth, what else would I be doing! And the survey was sent to me I didn’t ask you to send it . I am only accepting those terms so I can send it and you can read my opinion
