It has not been often that I’ve walked out of a salon feeling exceedingly pleased with the style of my hair. (I got what I wanted! Also I was listened too.
A lovely experience with friendly, helpful staff and a great hair cut !!
The staff are very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. They are very attentive by always taking your coat and offering a drink on arrival. It's the small things that makes the experience rememberable. They work efficiently and with care making you feel like a valued customer and a million dollars when you walk out the salon. I've recently been going to get my nails done and they're well worth the money as they look amazing! Would highly recommend and would happily return again and again throughout the year! :)
Always a lovely cut and styling. Every effort is made to make sure you're happy before you leave. Friendly staff and attentive. Love the head massage at hair wash very relaxing. Lovely surroundings and service. Relaxed happy atmosphere.

Had my nails painted by Louise very very pleased.. She is really chatty and friendly.. The beauty room is very relaxing and calm and the salon has a lovely ambience.. All the girls were friendly.. Will definitely be going back..
Lovely friendly welcome from receptionist upon entering salon. Super beauty treatment by Lauren asked exactly how I wanted my brows and listened and made them the perfect shape for me :)
I really liked the hair treatment that I chose, and the result made my hair so soft! Isabelle was lovely and really listened to what I wanted. She did an amazing blow-dry too!

Great facial and massage with Louise today and I will definitely be book another one. The offer for two treatments for one price is a fabulous idea, gives costumers a chance to try something a little different, and being 30 minutes each you can enjoy one hour of pure pampering. Louise is a true professional at her job, asking the right questions before any treatment and she made sure I was totally relaxed and comfortable before she started. Thank you louise for a very enjoyable one hour session.

I had my 5 week appointment with Millie today. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere and ambiance are welcoming. The Salon is clean with no hair on the floor and the shelves are all in good condition. My only complaint is Millie is now going on maternity leave and I won’t see her again until she gets back next year!!!!!! The cost of my appointment is at not the cheapest I have paid but I’m happy with it as I am always pleased with the service and the cut.

I have been going here for a while now and can honestly say it’s more than just a hair cut, it’s a fun and relaxing hour or 2 or 3 or even a whole day in some cases!! The team are all super friendly and can’t do enough for you. Lisa V is just incredible at understanding exactly what you want and how to achieve it. Highly recommend in every way.

I can’t speak highly enough of my 3 weekly experience at Chewys. The staff are always polite and cheerful and Lauren does a fab job every time.
I booked a last minute appointment online today which was super easy. I went with my 8 week old daughter who was feeding when Courtney came over to take me for my cut and blow dry, she kindly offered to wait until my baby had finished feeding. As a new mum this was a huge relief and made me feel relaxed about trying to get some me time while also being with my daughter. Courtney did a fab job on my hair and made me feel really at ease. Will definitely be returning.

I had a lovely experience for my first ever spray tan. A lady called Rosie did it and she was great in explaining exactly what I needed to do before and during it. The staff were then kind enough to wait around in the salon afterwards hoping the pouring rain would ease off so I could get to my car with my tan running off. Would definitely have this done again!

I have been using chewys as my main hairdressers for a few years now. The place is always immaculate & you are always made to feel welcome. This visit I had a hairdresser I’ve never had before, Charmaine. She was lovely & I loved my hair cut. She took care in what she did & I would certainly go to her again.
Booked in for cut & blow dry and Charmaine did exactly what I was hoping for, then a half leg wax, manicure and lash tint with Louise. As a newcomer to beauty treats Louise was so friendly and put me at ease! Thank you
I have tried many salons and not felt comfortable, this one however I've been using for over a year and every time I feel very comfortable and relaxed. Lovely welcoming team that treat everyone the same that walks through the door, only heard good things and always had a great experience. I highly recommend!
