My hair was a lovely shade of dark brown, yellow and ginger! Before I met Vicky at chewys. She was absolutely amazing at changing my hair from the above to a beautiful sleek balayage. She explained everything along the way and spend almost 2 hours to create the look I have now!! Her attention to detail was second to none. During my consultation Vicky and Millie were passionate about how they could change my hair. They installed confidence in me that my hair won’t be yellow again! Brilliant customer service, they're all friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. They always make me feel at ease, comfortable and welcome. Lisa V does my hair, she's fantastic, she makes sure she understands what you want, and most importantly, how your hair works and does what's best for you while talking you through it. For instance, I have a double crown which has always driven me mad, Chewy's is the only place I've ever been that take this into account, I've never had an issue with styling my hair since coming here.

My 2 girls aged 10 and 13 were well pleased with their new haircut. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the salon itself was very clean, cosy and pretty. We will definitely be back!

Wasn't keen on the way the staff congregate chatting around the bar/coffee area. I didn't really want to hear their conversations about Prosecco, Gin & any other alcohol they wanted to mention. Felt slightly intimidated and as if I was in the way. I was asked if I wanted a coffee while I waited but declined & the conversation resumed. Service was good although expensive for a wax that takes about 10 minutes. I wouldn't say any better than anywhere else I have been.
I have been coming to Sadie at Chewys for some time now-ever since I heard that Sadie was working there- so to say I look forward to it is an understatement! My experience has always been one of professional, friendly and I have always been made to feel a special customer. My 10 and 13 year old boys have just had there first experience at a hair dressers and they loved it! Im so happy with how easy it was to find and park. The place itself is spotless and the girls where all so happy and all spoke to my boys and I. Kirsten was there hair dresser and she was very well spoken and made the boys feel so comfortable. They cant wait for there hair to grow so they can go back again.

The staff are all welcoming and friendly, and there is always a lovely atmosphere..... Kirsten in particular is awesome and her knowledge and expertise in colouring is outstanding.... I have very thick and long hair which can be hard to manage but I am never disappointed with the results I get..... The prices are also very reasonable....
