I had a manicure & pedicure with gel polish with Lauren this morning.
Lauren was very friendly and made me feel very welcome at the salon.
I also went on Friday evening with my husband for a spray tan in preparation for our holiday.
I was very pleased with both the tan and the polish.
Look forward to going again very soon.

First time visiting the beauty & hair and very impressed with the whole place. Looks very classy inside, and was offered refreshments while we waited to be seen.
Had my first ever spray tan along with my wife and Lauren was very nice and friendly and directed me with clear instructions on what to do. Will def use again in the future.
I called chewys today to see if they could fit me in, and to my surprise they could .... I went just going for a cut but ended up having highlights and a restyle, I absolutely love my new hair, Kirsten was brilliant she advised me without being opinionated and listened to what I was asking for, the end result is beyond what I expected and I'm so so happy with it. The whole experience was outstanding Kirsten is very very knowledgable , polite, helpful, friendly , professional. I cannot thank her enough. I have also had my hair cut with Tara before , who is also extremely good . Love chewys and always recommend.

I popped in today on the off chance of getting my nails done.....Lauren was lovely and squeezed me in between her appointments. She did an amazing polish and paint on my nails and I will be coming back again to visit. The salon is really nice and a great friendly atmosphere.
Went for a cut and blow dry. I mentioned I was unhappy with my current colour and Kirsten offered to do a t section then if I had the time. no pressure at all - just an offer. Had brilliant colour and perfect trim. Highly recommended!

Hairdressing service was great and my hairdresser informed me about the different services the salon provides (nail bar etc). I also felt informed about my hair style and colouring options! Really good hospitality too - the staff make you feel welcomed.

First visit to the salon and my mum had booked the appointment on my behalf as I'm profoundly deaf and she forgot to ask for highlights! Tanya was excellent and fitted in a t-section as well as a cut and blow dry! The salon was outstandingly clean and the ladies were really friendly. My hair looked fabulous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the salon and I will be going back! Might even treat myself to a glass of wine whilst I'm having my hair done next time.

It was my first ever visit to Chewys today, I had booked in for HI Brow and also a full head foil colour, cut and style. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had in a salon. All the girls were really friendly and polite and couldn't do enough to look after me. I had a cheeky 5min kip in the massage chair whilst my hair was being washed, it was that relaxing!! The atmosphere is great there, the decor is beautiful and everyone is extremely professional and approachable. I have already booked to go back in 6weeks time. Can't wait!!

Had an all over colour for the first time at this hairdressers- professional Job carried out and colour looks amazing and customer care outstanding! Also had a cut and blow-dry yet again achieved fully to customer satisfaction.
I've been visiting Chewys since last year for both hair and beauty treatments, I'm always greated with a smile and the offer of a drink! All the girls are chatty and salon in a very clean state!
My stylist is Kirsten who always gets my cut and colour spot on!

The salon is lovely and bright. The warmest welcome being the lady on reception. Apologies I don't know her name. I normally expect to pay around £70 but I was charged £91. I'm not sure why as it wasn't explained. I had very little cut off my hair and have since booked myself somewhere else to have my hair cut only two weeks after visiting your salon. The lady that coloured my hair was asking advise from someone else and talking in product codes. They both disagreed but left me feeling very much as an object rather than a customer.
My first time at this salon, I have a phobia of hairdressers! Have to say everyone was very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and I will definitely be returning!

All the staff are wonderful, especially Sadie my stylist. But the load music and peoples raised voices trying to make themselves heard does not make it a relaxing experience. I'm hard of hearing and find it embarrassing having to say excuse me when ever ask a question. Keep the music as gentle background relaxing music, not thump thump thump.

Salon had to change my appointment due to unforeseen staffing issues but they went out of the way to accommodate me rather than simply cancelling so that I could still get my nails done in time for an upcoming event. Lovely friendly service with Kelly and a great finish. I have booked to go back to have my hair done so would definitely recommend.
It was my first time here, I've been going to the same hairdresser for many years so was a bit apprehensive. Donna had a free appointment today and I'm so pleased she did. Love my hair, she did just what I wanted and she's really friendly along with the other staff I met. Very impressed with the high standard of hairdressers at Chewys, my next appointment will definitely be with Donna - brilliant!

Loved my first visit to chewys, considering it was a very hot day, the salon was kept nice and cool . I was greeted as soon as I walked in! all the staff were very friendly and chatty.
My stylist Donna explained fully to me before and after my hair was done. I had bleach foils through my hair with a free blow dry! ... as I hadn't quite understood the way the system works, which was a great goodwill gesture . I was chuffed with the finished results, she did a fantastic job!

First time experience at Cheweys and i will be making it my go to hairdressers after months of searching for a decent hairdressers since moving to Gloucester and after having a few terrible experiences. My stylist Gemma was friendly and knowledgable and advised me perfectly on hair colour and cut.
