I’ve been going to Jade B and some of the other stylists in Gloucester for years. Jade is fantastic at what she does, she always gives me great advice on haircare & maintenance. Not to mention she is just a lovely lady that goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and looked after. I arrive at my appointment knowing I’ll be happy with the results at the end of it. The salon itself has a great atmosphere with a great bar adding to the experience. I also picked up some of Mark’s trichology supplements to try at my last visit, so I’m looking forward to seeing results from these.

I love Mark Blake Gloucester. It's my little getaway. Jade always outdoes herself with my hair and everyone is extremely friendly.

Issy was amazing from start to finish, she listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with my hair! Issy took great care of my hair knowing exactly what it needed, she is a perfectionist. I cannot wait for my next appointment!! (Also the complimentary cocktails are fabulous!!)

Lovely Salon experience as always with Jade. The environment is nice, plenty of choice for refreshments and magazines to read. I can always trust Jade to make my hair the best it can be. The staff are always friendly and chatty. Great experience.

Jade is the only person i will let cut my hair. She knows exactly what i want and listens to me. A very talented hairdresser.

Ali has been doing my hair for a number of years and I always leave the salon extremely happy with my cut and blow dry. She is always kind, thoughtful and attentive. Lovely refreshment menu as well!

Isabel was so helpful and thoughtful, asking questions that helped guide me to the right colour for my complexion and lifestyle.

No matter how rubbish/tired etc you might feel when you arrive at Marks, you always leave feeling amazing and rejuvenated, staff are always attentive but in a relaxed friendly manner

I've been coming to Mark Blake for years. I can not recommend this salon enough. The staff are all amazing, yes, I have my regular colourist/stylist but if they're not available I'd trust any of them. I've used both branches in Gloucester and Cheltenham and both are fabulous.
I've also just had a trichology appointment with Mark which was absolutely fascinating and so very thorough .
The front desk staff are always accommodating and welcoming.
Book in....you won't be disappointed.

I spent a lovely few hours having a colour and cut. Always a very nice chat with Sheridan, very funny conversation, this time including our covid experience and colourful summer clothes!!
I enjoyed a relaxing head massage contributing to the overall very nice visit. Sheridan always does a lovely job of my hair - very pleased with it.

From the minute you walk into the salon the treat begins. Sheridan always goes above and beyond to make me feel special. Thank you everyone.

Jade M is very friendly and engaging and fully listens to one's needs. She is an excellent colourist and on occasion cuts my hair very well when my regular wonderful stylist Ali, is unavailable. I look forward to my visits to the salon.

For me the experience of visiting mark Blake has always been a positive /pleasant experience. The stylists have high standards and I am always pleased with the results of a professional distinctive haircut. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I always have an amazing experience at Mark Blake Gloucester. The greeting, the stylist, the person washing my hair, the head massage, all the staff are great, even at the end of the day just before closing everyone is lovely.

Ellie was fantastic from start to finish. She started a long process of lightening my hair. I'm really happy with the result so far.

Mark was really friendly and helpful. He took time investing the possible causes relating to my hair loss problem. I originally went in for a full head of highlights which I was told may take two sessions, after not achieving the desired brightness I called the salon and was offered a complimentary appointment to add more highlights which I highly appreciated. My second appointment went well and I finished with the colour I originally wanted, Mel done a fantastic job and really took her time to achieve the result I asked for and I appreciate the gesture of seeing me again to help reach the desired look. The only thing that let down was the styling done my another stylist, I feel as though it was a rushed job, my hair is extremely curly and needs time to flatten the roots to style but because they weren't straightened properly i left with puffy roots and curled ends.

Not overly impressed with how my hair was left, although I am sure this was a mistake. Even when given the chance to put right, no one seemed keen. The excess colour was left around my face, over ears, and on cheeks. Only noticed when back at the car and could see in the mirror. Called to give them the chance to put right and they didn’t. I was advised to use nail polish remover when home!

Fabulous, professional, friendly, helpful and stylish salon...... and Isabel works magic with colour.
