After over a year since I had visited a hairdressers, Kate fixed my half blond- half roots, damaged hair and transformed into into hair to be proud of. Beautiful colour with no obvious root regrowth line in my hair. My husband loves it and I will definitely be going back regularly to have my highlights and hair done again. Kate was friendly and put me at ease.
Jo took a lot of time and trouble over my hair. She listened to what I wanted and certainly delivered! I wouldn't hesitate to go to Hardings again.

All previous visits had left me totally unprepared for this visit. I thought I’d found a hairdressers I could return to but this time the welcome was distinctly cooler, the normal tea offering was not made and I had to ask for a cup of tea to drink while my colour developed more than once..... the owner of the saloon is normally quite gregarious but failed to even speak to me unless spoken to and failed to check my colour despite the fact the young lady doing my hair is not fully trained...such a shame but I do give loyalty and return when I’ve been happy however I do expect it back....

Had my hair cut & coloured twice now and gel nails twice now and have found the whole of each experience totally enjoyable. Booking online, friendly staff from front desk to chair, extremely skilled cutting, colouring and styling by knowledgeable and attentive staff... And a gin bar!! There is nothing more I could ask for in a salon!
Hair was washed and blown out by a lovely lady (short dark hair) very friendly and chatty! Nails done beautifully by Savannah - again super friendly and a true pro! The only thing that spoiled what would’ve been an awesome visit was the payment at the end. I had booked online and purchased a groupon voucher at the weekend and then followed up with a call on Tuesday morning to confirm it is a groupon deal but that I’d be also having a blow dry, which the lady said was fine. However when it came to it I got told that I shouldn’t have booked the appointment online, then was told that it messed up the till. So I was made to feel that I was in the wrong and caused them inconvenience! After what was an awkward encounter as is, the lady (who I believed to be the owner) proceeded to amend her system in silence and then walked off leaving the young girl to process the transaction. Left feeling a bit disappointed that the my first time customer experience ended on such a note. I was quite optimistic at having found a talented nail technician and had fully intended on returning but now not so sure. Service score individually for ***** would’ve been 5 star, the 1 is a reflection of how it ended.
