I always know I’m going to be happy with my haircut when Millie cuts it. She always makes me feel welcome and comfortable, politely engaging in conversation and asking me about my day/weekend plans. I have always gone to millie, she’s always very friendly and always knows how to do what I want (so frustrating when you try explain to your hairdresser what you want for ages!) and even more so she offers friendly advice like when I was almost going to get a haircut that would never work for my curly hair she was able to advise on what would work better and achieve the right look
