I've been to c2 on and off for over ten years (despite living in Bristol for five of those!) I recently tried a home hair dresser in an attempt to save money. Never again! I'm never going anywhere else again. Not only do you get what you pay for in the end result with a fab style, but the whole experience is worth so much. Stylists interpret what you want brilliantly, provide just the right level of conversation and there's tea and coffee to boot!
What a great salon! Lovely atmosphere with a buzz and warmth. Leanne was, as usual, bubbly and professional. I am very happy with both the colour and the cut.

I am always made to feel welcome and the service is exceptional everyone that I come into contact with is friendly and go above and beyond each time I visit.
Louis is amazing. I am always delighted with results. His advice is personal and I would always choose him to do my hair.
Once again, Abby managed to do wonders with my thick, straight heavy hair, so that I feel it has shape again. I didn't tell my daughter I was going to the salon but the first thing she said was: 'wow, your hair!' Very. Good for my confidence!

Hannah spent time and such a lot of energy and lovenon my horrendous mop of hair today, turning it from a sorry sad state into something I am truely proud of. Vicky is fantastic - having been stung by the price before, I made sure to specify a NQH this time. She is really really good but I don't *think* I had full highlights and the bill of well over £100 was a shock. Cheltenham is very much cheaper. It's hard to rank it because, yes, I'm pleased with the outcome and the care and attention and I won't deny that, but it was more expensive than a "top stylist" was here 18 months ago. So, thank you, Vicky, but eye watering prices!

Another professional hair cut. Left looking and feeling amazing. It was very busy in the salon as their receptionist was on holiday. The stylists didn't have time to tidy up as they went along. Lots of children getting their hair cit as half term. Think I'll avoid school holidays in the future as not very relaxing.

I've been going to C2 for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are all so friendly and you are always offered a drink (not alcoholic!!) on arrival, with refills if wanted. On top of that they have brilliant stylists and some of the best colourists and cutters you could wish to find.
Hair wash poor one wash, no conditioner and missed not having the mini head massage. Again there too long due to almost 30 minutes wait after hair wash whilst *stylist* attended to another client unpleasant with cold head. But appt took less time than previous when waited 45 minutes before starting
Always a good experience polite friendly and accommodating.
Lewis worked his magic on my hair once again - always a pleasurable experience at C2.
As always when visiting the C2 salon you are greeted by freindly faces, looked after very well and leave feeling so much better than when you arrive.

Jamie was running 15 mins late today, but I know these things happen. The colour was applied well and a professional service from Jamie. The girl washing initially was good, I've had her before, then a new one took over. I didn't have confidence that she was getting all the dye off ( I did have to rub some with a towel back in the mirror) and she didn't seem overly friendly , I'm guessing newbie nerves?
It got quite noisey toward the end with staff's children in who were being told off and a barking dog for a short while. Didn't seem the usual relaxing experience unfortunately.
The hair colour looks good though which was what I went in for. Some confusion form the phone call and when I went in as to whether I I was having the Smart bind today.
Always a warm welcome. All staff friendly, great happy atmosphere. Drinks offered throughout appointment. Careful consultation however often you visit.
