Chloe is amazing, always does a fantastic cut, always upbeat and cheerful to chat to. I would highly recommend Reflections, have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed!

As always, an excellent service provided by Sophie. She is always friendly and welcoming and listens to any questions and requests, whilst offering advice suited to my hair type. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I lways have a 1st class experience when I visit the salon. I have been coming to this Reflections salon since the day it opened in Thornbury more than 40 years ago and visit every week. Sophie is a brilliant stylist and an excellent manager. The salon and all the girls are brilliant and very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Thornbury Reflections to everyone.

I have long thick curly hair and have never found someone who is able to give my hair what it needs. Most hairdressers wash, cut then straighten my hair before curling it with the straighteners....going against what my hair naturally wants to do. Emma worked with my hair and gave me a curly cut before styling it with my natural curl. I am over the moon and from now will only go to Emma. Who was also an all round lovely person.
