Georgia was very kind - just to explain, I had a distressing phone call whilst she was fetching my nail colour. She immediately picked up on my mood and was very empathetic. Nails done quickly and professionally too. Thank you ? ?

It's been quite a while since I attended a salon for treatment and I was a little anxious - Lisanne was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. When I asked questions, she answered in detail and explained what she was doing. I am very pleased with the result and have booked a further appointment with Lisanne.

Met by Mattilda who greeted me warmly and offered a drink. She did a remarkable job on all my nails using 3 different colours and glitter. Very easy to chat to, i enjoyed Tilleys company and am very pleased with my nails, will definately return.

Had a fabulous foot and leg massage today with dry brushing too. An absolute treat. Highly recommended- nice alternative to back and shoulders which is what I usually book every other week - my little treat ❤️

Another visit (and desperately needed) for my mop!! Arrived feeling frazzled and looking like wurzle gum mate and came out feeling fabulous. Lucy worked her magic, new lights and freshened roots all topped off with a cut that gave my curls their va va boom back!
I always look forward to my visit and it never disappoints. Thank you

I arrived today very fed up and had damaged my nails. “No problem” said Danielle and she calmed me down and I left with fabulous nails again! See, it’s not just a nail treatment, it’s a whole therapy session!! Faultless!!!

Had a waxing appointment with Claudia, who is so friendly and professional. She’s so lovely, I always enjoy my treatments with her. Also helped me choose some wonderful products.

After many years of being away I had an appointment with Julie to have a hair colour & wash & blow dry. Nothing has changed & I had excellent service & was so pleased with the results. See you in a few weeks.

Just wanted to leave a review regarding my Shellac nails that Danielle did for me last week for my Birthday! They are amazing and so sparkly and shiny, I’ve had so many compliments! Danielle did a fabulous job as always, and I really enjoy my visits to the salon!

I made the mistake of going to another salon recently because I couldn’t get an appt at Spoilt in time before my honeymoon. The other salon did a bad job of my hair! ? But, Spoilt came to the rescue and saved my terrible colour! Thank you Lilly. ?
I did manage to get an appointment for my eyebrows and nails. ?? Both Lisanne and Georgia did a fab job.
All the girls are so lovely and friendly and really are true professionals who care about their work.

Great manicure where the nails were filed to a good shape . Polish applied perfectly building up layers which will hopefully last a few weeks . Matilda was very friendly and the salon atmosphere was soothing and restorative .

Claudia made me feel very relaxed and checked in on what I wanted. She was really excited easy to talk to and we found lots to talk about really quickly. She offered to grade up the tone on my eye brow tint which worked really well. Thank you Claudia.
