This was my 1st visit with an aprentaship stylist, booked in for a cut and blow dry then colour, I have full confidence in Lilly her attitude knowledge and ability to achieve my finished look was truly outstanding. I will defend be returning her colleague Georgia has the most friendly manner offering me a wonderful friendly service which supported Lilly during two trips to the salon. Great service. Explained every step and the overall process. Made it clear how much work would be required and how the colour could possibly come out due to previous dyes. Beth was great!! Can’t wait to be back in Jan to make more progress.

I had the chance to chat about what I wanted which helped me understand the options and decide what would suit me best. Very warm and friendly welcome, fantastic service throughout and beautiful nails at the end. It is the best nail salon experience I’ve had.

Even though Lilly is still studying, she was very professional and I had no qualms booking with an apprentice. My hair is not the easiest to work with but she did an amazing job with the colour and cut. I’ve already booked in with Lilly again for Christmas- she’s now my default hairdresser!

Had my roots done and a hair cut. Came out looking great and therefore feeling great. So friendly and welcoming. The whole experience felt like a treat, a break from everyday life that I rarely get. I bought some hair products and got some samples for free too so thank you very much.
