Everyone was so friendly and nice, the only problem I had was that they kept upping the price throughout the process and I didn’t understand why, but I’m happy with the outcome :)

Always recommend Lucy when it comes to getting your hair done. Nails it everytime when it comes to both colour and cut. Couldn't ask for a better stylist.
Also had a lovely hair wash by i think it was lilly i cannot remember her name. Very accommodating and gave a lovely little head massage too.

It's a bit awkward being naked in front of a stranger but Claudia definitely makes you feel at ease! Once the process is started I don't even feel embarrassed because she talks to you and makes it all seem normal! I definitely recommend Claudia and Spoilt Hair and Beauty

Lovely and friendly, made me feel welcome and comfortable on arrival and throughout. Had my hair cut exactly how I wanted it and explained the process throughout (part of my hair wasn’t quite as long as it needed to be for the look 100%).
