I had a consultation about hair extensions with Billy. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained my options really clearly. He has a lovely personal approach and I didnt feel rushed or under any pressure to make a decision. I came away feeling fully informed and reassured. A great service.

In the last week I have had highlights with Lucy T and blow dry with Evie and today extensions with Billy. Every part of the experience has been amazing. All of the staff really so take the time to listen and engage what it is you really want.
We’re fortunate to have a local salon with the skills offered right on our doorstep

Amazing team spoilt

Danielle is a brilliant beauty therapist. I always ask for her for my nails and toes too, she is lovely, easy to talk to and always finishes my treatments to such a high standard. This time however I believe a new formula/perm serum was used that is quicker at setting and my lashes have been over cooked, they are curling back on themselves and do not look very good sadly. Otherwise great service.

I love Julie. Julie always does my hair perfectly and listens to any slight changes I want. She is very friendly and we have a lovely chat! All of the team are very welcoming

Really can’t praise Billy enough, the way he cuts my hair is amazing, I always come out of the salon feeling so good, he always talks through what he’s going to do, I have complete faith in him, my hair has never looked so good, he’s a real asset to the salon.

This was the first time I have had the eyelash lift and tint having previously had infills. Alex was great, advised me what was happening at each step and explained how to manage the eyelashes once I left the salon. I was really pleased with the results and would consider them again and recommend the procedure

It's about my 5th haircut with Beth she does a really good cut, takes a lot of care to make sure it's right, my hair stays in style and is easy to manage great relaxed experience

A late afternoon appointment for me and Danielle didn’t disappoint! She is such a natural with her customers. So happy and chatty! I know I’ve given a review before but why not update?! My nails are stunning; nothing is too much trouble. She’s a real asset to Spoilt!! Thank-you!.

I’ve just had a wonder experience at Spoilt. I’m fairly new to the salon and have just come out with the most gorgeous bright magenta mane, just as I wanted. Everyone is extremely friendly and the service is fab.

I've been coming to spoilt for a several years and all the team are amazing. I would happily book with any of the ladies for my beauty treatments. They are all lovely and everything is done to such a high standard. They always make me feel welcome and relaxed. Would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been coming to the salon since lockdown and have had many of the ladies do my nails, all have been so amazing and lovely. I Always try and book with Alex and have a built up a great relationship with her and each time it’s so lovely to catch up. So glad I found this salon.

I had Billy for my hair and Alex for my nails and they were both brilliant!! Billy is a genius with hairdressing and always does exactly what I ask - he is always very chatty and makes you feel very comfortable.
