Ozzie coloured my hair and cut my 4 year old son’s hair . I thought the combo would be stressful but it was relaxing for me and my little one and both love our hair !

I went to get balagage done and I showed ruby the picture of what i wanted my hair to look like and they copied it.

I feel that Eva is friendly but i am not happy with the colour that was done for me. She had few customers at the same time and at some point she did part of my colour then left me waiting for more than 10 mins. She then came back and continued. This happened few times. When she finished I asked if she was going to the full length. She replied that before washing my hair, she will cover the end. The person washing me hair did not do it. When I asked then she said as she was washing my hair the colour covered the end too. This really upset me. An apology would have been the right thing to say that they had forgotten completely rather than treating me as stupid. I even said that I could not see the highlights. I was then told that they could see it. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. Poli used to do my hair before and I had never been treated like this. The salon no.longer feels the same.. I should agree all staff look after themselves very well though. A little attention, care and respect would have been helpful for the customers. I used to rate the service as 5* before

Originally my hair colour didn’t turn out as I had hoped, so the team invited me to come back to the salon and they put in every effort to correct it to get the desired result. They re-lightened and re-coloured my hair, and I’m now really happy with it. Great level of care and really appreciated the service.

I must admit I was very disappointed. I didn't feel safe at all throughout my time at the salon. There was no social distancing enforced at all.

During the hairwash, there was no social distancing at the sinks, I had to sit right in between two other clients and the flimsy barriers were not even secured up to the base of the sink and did absolutely nothing.

Similarly during the haircut, again I was squeezed in between two other clients, I was definetly not 1 metre apart from either and again the flimsy barriers were completely pointless.

I wanted to look at some products and was offered advise, again staff stood right next me and did not stand 1 meter away when talking.

And staff were not wearing masks properly when talking.

Please do not overbook so the salon is full. There should be a maximum of 2 customers in at a time.

Please train your staff on the importance of social distancing and the risk they are putting customers in when not adhering to simple rules.

I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and it was not a pleasant experience.

All the branch staff were very welcoming. From the shampoo, treatment to Anthony, the stylist the Evie Yuen ever was fabulous. Anthony took time to discuss the cut I would like and fulfilled my request excellently. Love, love my elegant and sophisticated hairstyle. It was complemented on throughout the day.

It goes without saying that Anthony is extremely skilled and talented, but he also has a wonderful team supporting him. The atmosphere in the salon is always friendly, and staff are helpful as well as warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Fizz makes sure she cuts your hair perfectly without q single strand left uneven ?. She pays careful attention to diagnose what the hair needs when it needs cutting.

Fran is very friendly and sweet, listens to what you want and always asks you if you're happy with your result.

Fizz is brilliant, listens to what I want (super low maintenance cut the grows out well) and advises on what would suit me best. Always happy with her cuts!

Anthony has been cutting my hair forever and I love it every single time. He always does something slightly different and it’s always perfect for me. He’s so good I drive miles to get there rather than change hairdressers!
