I was initially hesitant as Poonam was temporarily replacing Fizz, who normally does my hair. However, this was the most pleasant experience I have had thanks to Poonam and would love her to maintain cutting my hair now.

This was the first time Poonam had cut my hair and I am very happy with her professionalism and friendliness and, of course, with the cut and style. Francesca did a lovely hairwash and head massage as well. This is my regular hair salon and I always feel relaxed and welcome there. Just sorry to hear that the salon is relocating to Cockfosters so it will be a bit further for me to travel in the future.

It's embarassing to admit (!!!!) but hadn't had my hair cut since the start of the pandemic! I thought my long tatty mane was beyond repair! I am due to go into hospital for an op and thought it was time my hair needed to be disciplined back into shape. Millie did such a fab job in bringing it 'back to life' for me! Every single time, she cuts it the exact way I’ve requested, she answers any product questions I have, has great conversation, long story short, I only ever go to her. All the workers there are very kind and friendly, offer drinks, head massages, you name it, always feel at home at Hobbs Southgate

Unfortunately not happy with my hair cut. Shown photo of myself after the cut previously and asked for same. Stylist didn’t ask any questions and cut it way shorter than photo. It does look rather horrible.

Asked for trim with no layers. Got layers and was completely uneven all over. Called the salon and were not sympathetic.
