Superb cut and overall colouring service, worth every penny!

From walking in the door, everyone was very attentive and helpful. My coat was taken. I was offered a drink and seated so that Anthony could discuss my style and colour. The hair wash included a head massage (which is wonderful) and Eva, the colourist is amazing. She got it exactly right, and then Anthony went off and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it.

A very good haircut, short and feminine at the same time. Just what I wanted.

All good, friendly, efficient, great results.
Will return and recommend.

I come all the way from Southampton because Fran is the best. Always knows how to bring my hair back to life. Lovely salon and great friendly staff! Defo recommend!

The worst experience I could have,
It was my daughter's birthday, and we just asked for French Brades but because there wasn't someone from the staff that knew how to do them, in the end we chose to have her hair curled, which even with hair spray, it became straight again after 10mins.

Eva was fantastic. She did great colour for me. She knows exactly what suits my complexion. The whole team are very friendly and kind. They take great care for their customers. Even I request for a right dry after colouring, they dry my hair in a way that it looks really nice

Really enjoyed my first visit to Hob , Tony gave me an amazing restyle .His attention to detail was reassuring as my hair was dull and lifeless . I shall definitely be returning in the future . X

Ozzie did a lovely job of choosing the right colours for my greying locks and she cut my hair beautifully.Both Fizz and Ozzie cut very well.Ozzie's love for her job really is evident in the care she takes.

I’ve been using hob salon for over 6 years- you always receive a warm welcome when you arrive and they are all very friendly at the Southgate’s salon. My hair looks and feels fabulous after Gemma’s cut and colour and I am always receiving compliments on the condition.

Gemma was really lovely and listened to what I wanted with the hair colour, she gave her honest opinions so that made me trust her judgement and she took real care whilst doing my hair as well as when explaining my next steps to maintain it. This review also applies to Millie who blow dried my hair, she was friendly and really easy to speak to. She styled my hair the way I wanted and it overall I’m so happy with the outcome that it completely exceeds my expectations. Thank you!
