First and only salon I’ll be visiting in London. Penny was so aligned with what I verbalised and gave me genuinely one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The salon itself is so lovely with such a warm/relaxing atmosphere too. No notes
I’ve been having my hair looked after by various stylists at Edward James salon for over a decade. I keep coming back because of the exceptional client care and expertise. Sara was lovely and I was really happy with how she’s helping me progress towards the desired hair colour. The salons are all beautiful and the staff always friendly. Natalie in particular is super helpful. I’m happy to recommend this salon and Sara as a stylist.
Hello, I had a great cut by Jack and he was very sweet about taking a bit of extra time when I asked him to style my hair slightly differently, even though it was the end of the day and he probably just wanted to get home! Great cut, lovely service from Jack and also a lovely person who gave me a massage and washed my hair - don’t know his name, sorry!
I showed up 30 minutes late not intentional and Jack was so kind to me. He went the extra mile!

Really quite disappointed and upset with this haircut. I sat down and within 15mins my hair had been washed and cut. Way too much was cut off and it’s entirely wonky at the back and the ‘bangs’ I requested at the front are completely uneven. The blow dry was good and initially because of how it had been blowdried I couldn’t see how poorly it had been done, but panic set in when the stylist didn’t even show me the back of my hair in the mirror like they usually would. The whole haircut was over in less than 40mins - definitely feel like I overpaid for this service.
Super customer service at Edward James. Mide helped me get my hair dream hair! She was really knowledgable and made me feel really comfortable. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to Zayde exclusively for the past couple of years and have had a great experience every time. I usually have a cut & blow dry and recently tried a British blow dry on the recommendation from Zayde to help with my very frizzy hair!
From the massage at the start through to the product recommendations at the end, I always leave the salon relaxed and happy with the results ☺️

This was my first visit to Edward James Battersea. Sara went through everything with me first, she made sure she understood what I was after and offered very good advice and recommendations. I was offered a head massage before my shampoo, which was bliss 😊
Sara cut and blow dried my hair leaving it silky soft and looking stylish, perfect! I didn't know my hair could look that nice.
I highly recommend this salon and Sara, I will definitely be going back.

Penny is very talented and knowledgeable. She was able to dye my hair the perfect copper shade I’d been wanting. I’ve unsuccessfully tried a few other hair salons and they haven’t been able to quite hit the mark.

I’ve been visiting the salon for over 5 years and it’s akin to a relaxing spa experience. The Aveda products are beautiful.. the tea and massage oils.. are excellent and Mide who is the manager and head stylist is extremely talented and never fails to send me off with the best highlights!
