Been coming to EJ for many years and I love the place. I would t go anywhere else.
My only comment is that a regrowth colour, and rough dry, took over two hours. As lovely as it is in the salon, that seems a bit unnecessary for both parties!!

Colour is fantastic. Experience is always brilliant. However the seats for the hair sinks are not at all supportive for people’s back. In addition they don’t support taller people.

We appreciate your feedback about the salon chairs and apologise for any discomfort you may have experienced. We understand that salon basins are not always the most comfortable, however we try to make them as comfy as possible with the massage function and elevated leg rest. We have many cushions available in the salon if you would like additional support for your back, and can also provide an additional boost for your legs to see if this provides you with more support on your next visit. We also find that some taller guests prefer to not use the leg rest as it is more comfortable for them that way. We will definitely take this into consideration and are more than happy to make suitable adjustments to ensure better support for all of our clients where possible.

The massage was amazing, much much better than a different store one. The lady was really friendly and she really provided a great experience. In a different salon the massage last less than a minute always so it was lovely change.
The hairstylist was really nice and friendly, however there was some delay and my service only started at 10:30 instead of 10 that my appointment was scheduled, I am the kind of person who appreciates punctuality but I also had another appointment booked at 1:15pm (I had calculated my time based on all previous times i did my hair) and I was hoping that I would have finished on time. Dud to the delay, not only I didn't have time to dry my hair fully but I also ended up missing my appointment. The service was good, however the toner hasn't worked well and my hair Is yellow.

Mide has coped with my old tresses and changing colour whims for years. The blonde (in various shades) never looks fake and she restores condition and manageability with every visit - even when I go too long between appointments. Ends are brittle so Mide gives them a ‘dusting’ when required in line with my wishes to try and keep it long and healthy. The salon is expensive but the experience is worth it.
Massage experience always welcome but it can be a bit hit and miss depending on who you get!
