I have been coming to Edward James north coat for over a year. It is an amazing salon and all the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Finally, after many years of going to very good hairdressers, who for one reason or another have left the profession, I have found the one! A hairdresser, who understands me, my lifestyle and the fact that I don’t have the time, or patience to do my hair. Zayde is amazing, she starts with a very relaxing massage, which elevates my mood. Then she gets down to business. her cut, is so good that it lasts, still retaining the shape and the colour she applies is perfect every time. But for me it’s more than that, she cares about her clients, she’s incredibly personable but also gives no nonsense advice about my hair and it works! Hairdressers are really therapists, people who are there to provide us with a service which instantly lifts our mood. When I find a brilliant hairdresser I stick with them. And i am so grateful that I have found Edward James and zayde!

First time I've had Zayde, she was brilliant! An excellent colour match for a root tint on red hair. Really pleased. Dragonia gave me a massage, shampooed and dried my hair between the two, Zayde and Dragonia. I felt like I'd had a spa afternoon.

I felt really looked after from start to finish - the assistant was really accommodating and treated me to a lovely massage and glass of bubbles.
I felt really listened to by Zayde and she took the time to give me her advice on my hair to make it look thicker and healthier.

I have been visiting Edward James over the last 9 years for blow dries when I come to London. It is the most wonderful hair salon that I have ever been to. The staff are so professional and right from the initial head and shoulder massage it is the most relaxing experience. My hair always looks amazing whoever I see. Only downside is that they have stopped selling the packages of blow dries.

Pavlova is simply the master of blowdry.

She didn't want to really listening to my view about my hair.she did the haircut without remove any weight on both side and keeping saying that she know what need to be done.she style my hair mushroom style (horrible).I paid went out straight to my home to wash my hair and I layer myself the side as where so puffy.what it worries me is she was about 2 step up the guy that I choose.And she couldn't give me a cool finish style as the haircut that I choose was so modern?

I had a great haircut from Charli (I always do) and a great time (likewise). Not just Charli, the whole team are lovely, kind people. My 19 year old daughter is autistic, and finds visiting salons overwhelming and had had an awful experience elsewhere. But Charli listened and understood her needs and my daughter actually loved the whole experience. I'll always be grateful.
