My son who is anxious about having his hair cut came with me and he let Summer cut his hair and she explained everything she was doing

Amazing hair cut by Jenny! Had my hair cut by Jenny before and was really easy to maintain and lasted 8 weeks of looking good which for a bob is great! Really please with my hair cut.

I went as a model for Summer who was assisted by Jenny
Summer was cheerful and welcoming and we chatted throughout my visit
Summer asked me how I wanted my hair and I told her the colour and how I wanted it cut
She explained what she was doing and how long things would take
It was nice to see a young girl with so much enthusiasm for her job
Jenny was equally as pleasant and also explained things about the colour I was looking for
I always find everyone at Roxby pleasant and welcoming with the offer of a drink if you want one

This was my second visit to Roxby. Thea previously did a balayage for my wedding day which was unbelievable, but this time was a long overdue restyle and new colour!
Thea knows exactly what she’s doing, makes you feel as ease and doesn’t push you into anything you’re not comfortable or confident with.

A friend recommended me to Roxby's Hair Salon I'm Beckenham. Very impressed. Lovely girl newly qualified coloured my hair and her colleague cut and styled my hair. Very happy with the finished result a tidy up and colour of my bob. Very comfy hair washing chairs! Why don't all salons have these?
