First time in CW, absolutely loved it!!! Henry is a great stylist, gave me wonderful cut and style.. feel so much better. Thank you so much Henry.

I made an appointment using the online system, only to turn up on the day and be told I didn’t have an appointment. They explained they had a power cut, and I accepted this as not their fault, so that was fair enough. After I got home, however, they bizarrely phoned me up, and very abruptly explained how I had never had an appointment because the power cut meant it wasn’t recorded on their system. The whole phone call was weird - they were so rude and made it sound as if the whole thing was my fault. I wasn’t even sure why they were phoning because they had explained the same thing when I was in the salon earlier that day. To top it off, after being quite rude and abrupt, they hung up on me mid-sentence. I was about to reschedule my appointment, but I won’t bother now! Absolutely shocking customer service, I don’t know what they were thinking.

Always pleased with result, I have difficult hair but always delighted with cut and colour.

Having not visited this salon before and wanting a new, shorter style I was just a tad apprehensive . Megan was delightful , put me at ease and gave me a wonderful hair cut and styled it beautifully. I was really thrilled. I will definitely be back.

Levi, the top stylist has been cutting my hair for a year now and I couldn't be happier. She is a great stylist with a vision and my haircuts are always spot on. The salon itself is lovely with nice atmosphere and friendly service. David, their artistic director is always there and says hello. I can highly recommend Chandler Wright.

Today was my first time having my hair cut at Chandler Wright and I love my new look! Thank you to the lovely Christine.

I've been visiting this salon for over 15 years and it remains without a doubt a most excellent place . David and Jade are skilled and experienced and thoughtful professionals . A visit to them every six weeks is a joy and a pleasure .

In all ways I find CW to give excellent service. I have been going there for some time now, and find them to be very friendly. I recomend them highly.

I have been a client at Chandler Wright for many years now; it's a lovely place to be. The staff, the atmosphere, the attentiveness and friendliness is wonderful .... always. And as for Jason, he's a wizard of the first order, and he has an understated sense of humour - I like that! It's definitely the best salon in Blackheath.

There's no such thing as a bad hair day/cut in Chandler Wright. Levi is kind, cool and considerate and her cuts are always fresh and flattering.

I have been going to ChandlerWright since it opened... I have been through many hair transitions in this time - all of which have been fabulous! I have always been pleased with the result. Not least the team are always super friendly and kind.

I had a lovely experience at Chandler Wright today. My hair was in a very poor state and I was feeling very awkward to ask for help and get my hair looking decent again.
I was made to feel at ease and Nicole proceeded to deal with the challenges presented !
I came away feeling a lot better and with a smart new haircut.

I went in with short hair that had been left uneven and messed up by another salon's trainee. I left with a lovely haircut. A miracle!

Chandlerwright is just awesome. It's worth the drive up from Brighton every 4 weeks to have my haircut. The entire experience, from the minute you walk i through the door is outstanding. Friendly staff and a superb atmosphere. Not to mention an outstanding haircut. Thank you.

My first visit to Chandler Wright today after using another local salon for a few years. I was pleased to be able to get an appointment for today at very short notice. I always leave these things to the last minute. The atmosphere in the salon is professional and it was clear that they have regular customers who return as there were friendly conversations taking place around me. It's spacious looks smart and I was very happy with my hair cut. I would use the salon again.

All staff are always helpful. Good atmosphere & decor. My stylist Christine & colourist Jason are extremely skilled. Always feel so much better after a visit

I had a root tint today with the brilliant Ava (always gives honest advice) and fab blow dry by well trained, quick and smart Hannah (she always remembers my foibles). West End quality (almost) on my doorstep.

I'm new to this hairdressers and they were so welcoming. Henry did my hair I'm I'm thrilled with the result. Would definitely recommend

I am very pleased with the result of my hair style. Few years ago, I was struggling with finding the right hair stylist taking into account my hair is very curly. Since my first appointment with Mark, I felt that I founded the right person to improve my hair style. Since then, I always go back as I know I am will be happy with the results.

It was my first visit to the salon. I had a Henry cut my hair. He listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. Very friendly guy and I'm so happy with the results. I'll definitely be back.

Very convenient booking online service. Very polite and helpful receptionist and assistant. The actual blow dry that I had wasn't good. Too many products and roughly done. For £33 when you can get it for £23 over the road, I would say convenient but poor value.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with my cut by Mark on Friday. He was recommended by a stranger whose curls I complimented on my commute home a few weeks earlier. He delivered a great cut with great service. If you have curls, I highly recommend a cut by Mark.
