As a first time customer to Bibas I was thoroughly pleased with the beauty treatment I received from Angela. I also find it hard to accept new people to carry out my treatment if not my regular (who is still closed). Angela made me feel very comfortable, she was warm and friendly. She was extremely professional and meticulous. I left a very happy customer.

Wonderful to see Sue and her team back. Very pleasant experience, as always. Sue is considerate, friendly and attentive to detail. Very thorough in her work and as always great result. Never cuts any corners to save time. It shows, Bravo! A big thank you also to all the team for getting back to work and making the salon environment safe. Social distancing was maintained , chairs have been rearranged and barriers put up where necessary. All staff wore visors. Face masks and hand sanitiser were available for all. A great effort, thank you.

So lovely to be back after lockdown! And lovely to feel so safe. The staff are all wearing face shields and have set up clear barriers between seat. I saw them carefully cleaning between each customer. I came in a cross between a scarecrow and a seasoned surfer and left sleek and smooth with my fresh sun kissed highlights and my hair about a stone lighter. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks to Mark and the team! Husband will be in tonight and our little one as soon as we can get an appointment with the wonderful Sue!

What a relief to have my lock down curls chopped off, even though the grown-out cut Sue gave me last December just proved what a brilliant hair cutter she is. Lovely beauty Salon, very welcoming friendly and professional. Hair cut expertly by Mark and lashes and brows done by Angela. Would highly recommend. Close to Russell Square Euston and Kings Cross so easy to get to or if staying in nearby hotels to walk to

Had a wonderful set of foil highlights and a hair cut. Nick is great and the colour turned out so well! Also a great cut and finish-he took his time to make it look perfect. Also a really good visit as Nick and all the staff are very friendly.

I had a haircut, leg wax (by Angela), and my daughter had a cut, too (from Sue). What I like about this salon is that everyone is so relaxed and friendly while being so good at what they do. There is never any pressure to buy products, but they tell you about what they use, and why. (Nioxin and Aveda, for hair). They keep track of your previous treatments, and just generally look after you. I’ve had haircuts that are dramatic, cuts that are practical, and lots in between and I feel confident that I will get an excellent haircut (and waxing) here, just as I want it.

Nick always does an amazing job colouring and cutting my hair. Looks very natural.

Friendly service-mark made sure he knew what sort of cut I wanted and showed a photo to check exactly how short I wanted my hair. Nice products and good cut with attention to detail.

I know 5 star reviews can look dodgy but this one is totally sincere. You could pay far more, elsewhere, if you choose to do that, but you really won’t get a better result than here. Sue has been looking after my hair for years and I’ve never been tempted to try anywhere else. (If she is away, I go to another stylist and they are all good). I always leave feeling totally amazed at what she has achieved. I have hair with waves in all the wrong places and she manages to conquer that! I noted that HAIR magazine rates them highly too.

I had my highlights done by Nick always happy & Sue cuts & blow dry my hair again always super happy. Very friendly atmosphere & very helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this salon.

Another amazing experience. I travel from the Midlands to get my hair cut here and I get the best haircut o have ever had in my life. Well worth the journey -
