I am really pleased with my hair cut. From beginning to end my experience was very good. I was welcomed and well taken looked after. If my hair could talk it would give a big thank you.

I'm so.glad to be able to get back to the Cutting Bay. The staff are lovely and know exactly what you need to make you look and feel fabulous. Today was my daughter's turn and she received a beautiful cut that visibly rejuvenated her hair. She can be a bit tricky to cut as she wants to keep her long hair, but the lovely stylist discussed what and why she was having the trim and my daughter left feeling fabulous. My turn next week and I cannot wait. Completely recommend The Cutting Bay for quality, cost and overall experience.
I go in for a balayage every once in a while which takes about 5 hours as I have a lotta hair

Been going to Cutting Bay for 10+ years now, because I always leave feeling so satisfied with the end results. I really trust the hair dressers, and I mean all of them. They are very friendly and attentive. I am of mixed heritage so I have thick curly hair naturally, but prefer to wear it straight. I always leave there with silky straight hair. Personally I would never go to another salon to cut my hair due to bad past experiences. These ladies always cut my hair perfectly. I would forever and a day recommend Cutting Bay.

I have been using Cutting Bay for over ten years and wouldn't trust anyone else to cut my hair. I have very fine hair and most stylists always seems to get it to stick up when I dont want it to! It's always fine when I use Cutting Bay!
Cansu has cut my hair before at another salon but this was my first visit to the Cutting Bay. It's a lovely friendly salon with a nice busy atmosphere. Covid friendly with lots of cleaning between customers. There's a great coffee shop next door too. Cansu, as always, did my hair perfectly - lovely cut, colour and blow dry - she really is great and listens to what you want and knows my hair and what works best for it.

Angie gave me an excellent hair cut. Perfect. She cut just enough of my long hair to remove all the split ends but still kept my hair long. I’m very happy and will be back again & more often.
It was great she communicated the whole way. I’ve very long hair so have had experiences elsewhere, when 3-4 inches was cut when I agreed only 1-1.5 that made me nervous. Now In an get split ends cut more often but still keep my length. Great value too. Thanks Angie!

Very professional treatment, the first time they hit the color of highlights that I always wanted. The reasonable price for the excellent work done by the kind girl with long black hair with lilac color. (Sorry I forgot to ask her name) I will definitely return and I also recommend her

This was the first time I have been to the Cutting bay. The staff was welcoming friendly and very helpful especially Jan who cut my hair. As I come from having a nightmare hair cut a few days ago and she corrected it. I love my hair. I will be returning. I highly recommend

Extremely disappointed with my hair cut. Cut it way shorter and very uneven than instructed and will take months to fix. It would have been nice to have an apology from the worker who cut the hair but she said absolutely nothing. Although, the owner Maria and her young hairdresser expressed their apologies on behalf their worker and tried their best to make amends. Personally I’d advise that if you go ask for Maria or her brother as we have had good results from them in the past.
