Billy is a very experienced and always produce a very professional cut. I have recommended him to my sister. Always very happy with my hair cut.

I am a regular client. Priti who is the Yuko treatment consultant is really the most brilliant hairdresser ever. I have never ever in my entire life met anyone so thoroughly conscientious as this treatment takes over 4 hours and he pays the same attention to detail from the start through to completion. I am absolutely thrilled with the results

This was the first time I have been to a hairdresser for a few years. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was given good advice on choosing my first bob hairstyle. Extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

He was fantastic. First we did a colour. As usual it was greatly great. My ombre was done by him and it has lasted so well. I have had lots of compliments at work about it as it has a watercolour smooth movement in the tones. Then today we cut about 2 inches off to give a fresh look that is lighter and has more vitality for 2018. He was highly professional and did another great job. Many thanks again .

I had a bit of an issue before walking into the store for my appointment, which meant I was in some pain and needed a some assistance and a plaster, the girls rallied round and helped me, and I really appreciate it, thank you!

Good service is so much more than just a good blow dry, feeling valued is just as important. Truly a credit to T&G.

I have plenty of appointments that I forgot to leave reviews for from the last few weeks so I’m trying to catch up, I visit Toni&Guy at Brent Cross nearly every week/ten days without fail, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are really professional without being too clinical, which is really important as it’s a blow dry not a court date. ;)

Everyone works really hard to give you the best experience - from the girls washing my hair to the choice of treatment for my hair at that time. Pritesh is brilliant, I wanted my hair to be super straight and slick and he even went to the effort to adding the block of shine at the top my head that was in the image I showed him when I arrived, I was so impressed and left feeling so happy!

Also as someone that genuinely used to have a panic attack at the thought of a trim, I actually look forward to it as I know Pritesh will only cut the one inch he told me he would, but also my hair would be left looking thicker and fresher as he promised.

Life is too short to worry about getting a bad haircut, go to the best!

I’ve been going to this particular salon for donkey’s years (17 years) and even though I no longer live in London I make the drive back.
I did try TG in Hitching once and the experience was not good, bad cut and I had to go straight to BX branch to get my hair rescued. So I will only visit BX Style Directors.

I won't go anywhere else . The cookout is the great even we change its always amazing.
Once Hannah finishes the service drops the continuity is not clear. This time I got a great wash and dry but when it's busy that is not the case. I get better service for drying in a normal salon. Sometimes the people drying are training and really not completent. I remember the last thing and I have thought I won't come back but then with Hannah being so absoloutly fab I can't resist.

I’ve been seeing Pritish for years, as my title suggests I would never trust anyone else with my hair.

I remember the first time I visited Pritesh with tired frazzled long hair with split ends and now...well let’s just say I get compliments everywhere I go. He listen, advises and cares and that’s really rare.

Oh and he never gets scissor happy, he really cares about your hair and now you feel when you leave, so don’t worry about him cutting too much off, an inch is an inch!

Ali was delightful however my hair wasn’t rinsed thoroughly leaving a sticky residue. The manager was supposed to call me yet failed to then when I returned to the shop on the off chance of meeting her she didn’t even apologise for not getting back to me and expected me to wait for her without being courteous enough to apologise. Her attitude was kurt, surly and supercilious. I used to be a customer of this branch and the Golders Green one for many years and was considering returning however after this particularly negative experience this will most definitely be my last visit.

First keratin treatment. 5 people attended to my hair & honestly can’t remember all their names, but they were all amazing, they worked on me for 3 long hours. Hair still looks good … thank you (6.1.18)

I have been going to Nishma for years. Best service and amazing staff. I have never gone anywhere else for the last 10 year's.

Acted like she knew what she was doing but cut my hair unevenly, when i went to another hairdresser for a colour a month later she told me my hair was cut unevenly and made me look like i had lost so much hair. I was so disappointed and im so angry as i have thin hair as it is. Never going back to this place.

I went to Hob Man to get a haircut for my 3 year old who has never cut his hair before, they turned me away as they said they couldn’t do it “if he won’t stop moving”, they then advised me to go to Toni & Guy as they are more experienced. I then came in expecting to be turned away to my surprise, the lovely receptionist said of course we can do it, she was so lovely positive and her customer service was amazing, she went and spoke to the Stylist who happily took on the challenge. He did everything to make sure my little one was comfortable he was interacting with him and playing around with him and made him giggle so much throughout the haircut, my child stopped crying and started having fun and before we knew it, it was all done and can I just say what a lovely haircut! Everyone loved it, I’m so thankful to be directed to you guys took my stress away and helped out ! Will definetly come back for his next hair cut.

I’ve been coming to TONI and Guy’s in Brent Cross for over 12 years and have had the same stylist Nishma. She is an amazing stylist and gives good advice in hair colour. I would not change where I get my hair done. All the staff a helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming.

I have been to several Toni&Guy salons internationally and this is by far my favourite! Ervis did an amazing job, helping me to fix my hair after I cut it myself in a spell of impatience (honestly, when will I learn to leave it to a professional?!)
