This place is great! My hair looked horrible but what Pritesh and the Italian colour stylist did to my hair was fantastic! Professional work! Thank you for fixing my hair! :) hopefully see you next time again The whole team was really friendly and welcoming too

Very nice but pricey ?

Had yet another fantastic hair cut with Pritesh. I have been having my hair cut with him for over a year now and always look forward to it, he is very personable and professional. Sometimes have difficulty in booking a slot as he is in demand. As long as he is there I will visit TnG Brent X

Just had a shampoo, cut and blow dry by a young cool funky Greek hairdresser called Ervis. He was enthusiastic, attentive and used all the products at the salon. So, I now have a fabulous new hairstyle and my hair smells amazing! You can always rely on the Greeks! Ευχαριστώ Ervis..... now I'm ready to start uni ?

Really happy with Pritesh my hairdresser. I've had many bad hair cuts in the past but I'm really glad I've found somewhere that I now don't dread going to but instead I know I'am going to get exactly what I want for my hair.

Experience was awful. I walked out with my hair looking 10 x worse then I entered. The each took under 2 minutes and the layered cut was badly done. The guy who did my hair separated it with his hands into big chunks and just cut across. So my hair looks chopped out. Looks like steps. Very uneven and I can no longer tuck behind my ear. I'm sure he's never blow dried before either. Then he straightened my hair possibly on the lowest hear because my hair prickly. I'm so gutted and nearly cried in the shop. I am sure this stylist is new to this my hair says so. I have pics that blatantly show how he butchered my hair. It's short so I can't have a ponytail. He had the cheek to say he gave me what I asked for?? I asked for a trim.. to later part of the hair. .. I DID NOT ASK HIM TO RUIN MY HAIR. said I can return to fix it!!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK... £46??? THE OTHER STAFF COULD SEE MY HAIR WAS RIDiCULOUS AND STILL TOOK THE MONEY!!!

The customer service is also very good. Always making sure you have a refreshment.

I went asking for balliage at the ends of my dark brown hair and somehow came out a very uneven blonde (and noticeably blonder on the left side too!)
I made it very clear I was extremely unhappy, asked for the blonde to be addressed immediately, went back to the sink and had a brown tint added and they still had the nerve to charge me £176 having sat there for 5 hours!!! Unbelievable.
The guy who did this was lovely, but clearly didn't understand English well enough to know what I was asking for and seemed to do whatever he thought was right. Not happy at all and would never go back. If I could give a 0 I would.

I've been a client for over 10 years. Had to use a different Colorist - Nisha.
Initially she was late and then just didn't turn up as she phone in sick 30 mins after my appointment.
The team on duty were excellent, understanding and managed to fit me in. However I'm really disappointed by Nisha's client service especially considering she is the owner.
People do fall ill but as my appointment was at least one hour after the shop opened I would have expected that Nisha would have phoned in sick well in advance. Surely she would have expected this of her team/staff.

The staff are extremely friendly and the hair stylist called Pritesh has done a fantastic job with my hair.

I have been going to TG Brent X for 15 years. Would never go anywhere else. Yelda does my hair perfectly. Highly recommended.

Pritesh the hairdresser is amazing but often rushing as he is booked back to back. Not what you want from a £50 haircut.

Pritesh, the receptionist keeps talking about dead people and his family feud. Shouldn't be unleashed to clients!

I have very fine hair, and asked how much a light wash and blow dry would cost. Was told £18 after the employee had asked the manager at the back of shop out of my earshot. I had explained I didn't want the full blowdry, but a quick one using the round brush.
After my hair was washed it was rough dried, I was then told that to use the round brush at all would cost me £30. I ended up with a rough dry that I could have done better myself., and which would have cost £5 elsewhere. Unsurprisingly the salon only had one customer, the premises were quite shabby.

I have been coming for over 15 years to Nishma. This is the best place with the best service. I always feel welcome and look forward to coming.

I had my hair coloured by Hannah for the second time. Hannah understood exactly what I wanted and was honest about whether it was likely. The colour was absolutely amazing and I'm so so happy with it. I wouldn't trust anybody with my colour but Hannah. All the staff are professional and friendly, and always look after me.

If you're going for balayage ask for Giuseppe! He's the best! So happy to have my hair done by him. Thanks so much darling! Atmosphere is relaxed and everyone seems friendly. Very nice!

First of all, the person washed my hair was not nice..
Second of all, The hair dresser didn't understand what I was explaining n his English was not good bit annoyed.
Lastly, wasn't happy about my hair cut.

Person booked is not there. Hurriedly replaced by a guy with broken English and not enough skills and training to let loose in a London salon. Does the manageress employ anybody who wonders in from the street and claims to be a hairdresser?

Nishma runs a top class salon. There is always consistency at a very high level. Nishma is a top Tony & Guy director in every way. She cuts my hair regularly, beautifully. All the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Thanks to you all. I am always made very welcome.

Billy was excelkent. Exactly what i wanted. Shame Brent Cross stylists keep leaving - find one ypu like and then 3 months later thry are gone. Are you treating them right Brent Cross T&G???

I went to have a colour with the director and she is a lovely person who did an amazing colour on my hair.

I got a haircut with the director. It was ok I don't think it's worth the price but the cut was what I asked for so I can't complain.

I had a really great haircut by Coco, this was the second time she's cut my hair! She knew exactly what kind of a cut I would need, after I told her what I was looking for & taking into account the kind of hair that I have with the style I wanted! Always great when your hairdresser gets it just right

Hair cut & colour by Jamie today, very happy with both, excellent service and got exactly what I asked for! Wash & head masssge by Chelsea who I always ask for, as she actually cares about getting it right. Highly recommend both these girls

I have used this salon on/off for years and had my hair styled by many different stylists with varying results but mainly positive. Today was another positive result. Ervis did a great job, listened to what I wanted and I am delighted! The salon have now started confirming appointments with text messages which is better as my appointments have been mixed up in the past. Would def return despite the high prices. thanks!

I've been coming to T&G for a while. Turned up on time for my appt but receptionist couldn't find my appt. 15 mins later she couldn't and I was losing patience as I had constraints. Another lady came and found my appt. Even then I had to wait for a while. 4 hours later I got half of the result I wanted but still disappointed that when I have an appt don't look at me as if I'm stupid and don't have me waiting around. It's pricey as it is!

My hair has ended up lopsided. The way it was styled disguised a bad hair cut. Now that the curls have fallen out, it's become obvious that on a second occasion, the same stylist has given me a rushed lopsided haircut. A total waste of £54. I believe in giving people a second chance, so I did. Disappointed again.

I had my hair done by Yelda. My hair is long and I'm terrified when it's cut because hairdressers usually get scissor happy and don't listen to what I'm asking for. They usually end up cutting lots off :( Yelda listened carefully to what I wanted and spoke to me for a while before starting anything. She took her time, gave me lovely layers and a blow dry. She even curled and styled my hair at the end and it looked lovely!!!

So so happy I can trust someone with my hair again! I also didn't even have an appointment, I called up and asked if I could pop in and I was seen. Very happy! Go Yelda!! :) I would definitely come back again!

Staff was friendly from the reception to the hairdresser, a really positive experience!

Too expensive for a simple haircut and on top of that needs fixing. I'm not going there again.
