I really liked Harriet’s approach. She was careful to ask exactly what I was looking for in colour and cut, and the colour she achieved was exactly what I was after- which hasn’t always been the case other places! Jose was kind and considerate from the get go during our consultation. I had come prepared with pictures and Jose was super receptive to what I wanted. He kindly underlined that my all inspiration pictures were of straight, thin hair… which is not what I have on my head!
He advised me, was clear and honest with what we could achieved which I really appreciated. I was then offered coffee and wine, which was not refused. The cut was done swiftly and the results were beautiful.
Jose is a joyful, funny and a real professional master of hair. Could not recommend more, cannot wait to come back!
