I asked for what I had before which was copper red base with high lites but my whole head is blonde with no red iat all I’m so upset I love the cut but this colour is not what I asked for I’m devastated

Morris is a master craftsman who always delivers an expert cut and knows exactly what will look best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Despite my appointment time being delayed, Sadie was great. I'm very happy with my haircut and felt very comfortable with the adjustments that have been made to make the salon Covid safe.

To keep staff and clients safe I feel face masks should be worn as they cover the nose and mouth whereas protective face shields don’t. Having said that I appreciate wearing masks all day not comfortable

The service was exemplary and the stylist extremely proficient and polite.

Skye was absolutely amazing as usual with getting my full head of colour just right and providing great customer service! However Supporting staff those who was the hair for the stylists clients, clean the salon etc need to take a lot more care with washing clients hair while ensuring they aren’t being to rough!

On my last visit I only had a colour rather then colour and cut therefore a supporting member of staff neeeded to blow dry and style but unfortunately I wasn’t asked what style I wanted and she was extremely rough which caused a slight scratch to the scalp!

This is more intended as constructive feedback then a complaint but this type of Heavy handedness Has happened on the last 2 salon trips both over £190.00 a trip, hope my feedback is shared with appropriate staff to ensure I can continue my clientele.

I can’t tell you how pleased I was to get my haircut, first cut since January. It was really wonderful.

I’ve been client of the lovely Skye for number of years now. Whether I am blonde or brunette, her skills, eye for detail and professionalism are simply outstanding.

Wendy is great, I strongly recommend. After lockdown I wanted to try keeping the length but I'd never done that before. She neatened things up a lot and I'm very pleased with the result!

Jimmy coloured my hair as my regular colourist was away. I have no complaints, colour was good and he kept checking I was ok.

The colourists here are without exception wonderful I always receive compliments afterwards on how natural and great my hair looks I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my colour done

V pleasant stylist. Open to suggestions and also offers advice. First time I had Wendy as my stylist and found whole experience a good one. Skye the colourist is also a very pleasant and experienced young lady. T & G is expensive so watch those price increases. Products to buy are good value.
