Skye did another brilliant job with my colour. It's like visiting my friend for a catch up every time I visit the salon. From Katie at reception to Skye doing my colour. The lovely ladies who have also cut my hair in the past always remember me too.

Great. Totally understands the needs of my hair

Problems on hair colour where not combed through after having roots coloured - and no toner (had to remind them of this in the drying chair!). Then demanded full payment in spite of my having to return next week to have it corrected plus left with a frizzy blow dry and soaking wet top from an over zealous wash. Very poor.

Great experience here as always, very friendly, usual great result! And very patient with me hobbling about on crutches ....!

Have finally found a stylist and salon I'm happy with.

Don't usually bother writing reviews but feel I need to...Having my having my hair cut by Rachel is always a real treat. She always cuts it perfectly and I'm really fussy about my hair. She's a lovely friendly lady who combines being professional with a warmth and great sense of humour .

Sadie was fantastic, she listened to what I wanted but made a suggestion which worked so much better on my hair. All staff were friendly from reception, to the girls washing my hair to Sadie who cut it. Highly recommend this branch!

Olivia is outstanding. She understands my hair. I am nervous about the quality of my hair due to a health condition and she has never made me feel worried or judged or previous salons. Nobody does my hair as Olivia who is simply superb at what she does. She is simply wonderful. That being said I have now been going to Toni and Guy for approx 10 years. One of the things I enjoy about Toni and Guy is the team effort between the colleagues and support. Christmas is particularly busy and it’s nice to see all of the team pull together to help the Christmas rush.

I left yesterday feeling more confident about myself. I am very grateful to Toni and Guy and especially Olivia.

Excellent salon. Worth every penny ?

Been a customer T&G for years. Always used ***** who is fully aware of my weak fine hair. I have decide not to use bleach on my hair anymore. ***** reassured me that she’ll be careful with my hair.
Walked out of the salon with purple toner on the top of my head which I pointed out. Got told that would wash out.
Missed my xmas party too as my hair turned orange after few washes.
Returned to the salon to have it fixed but I walked out crying and not one of the staff offered to fix the colour of my hair. They were too busy getting ready to go out and doing each other’s hair.

I loved my haircut. Jimmy made me feel really comfortable, I cannot recommend him enough.

Sadie is a breath of fresh air, really lovely to talk to and puts you at ease. She listens to what you want and executes it perfectly. Really pleased with my hair and the experience.

From the warm welcome at the front desk, to the relaxing shampoo and head massage, to Morris’ confident skills, it’s always a pleasure to have a cut and blow dry.
