since it first opened 30 years ago it was The Best Salon in Town always great cutters Rachel cuts my hair just the way I like it Ellis Colourist is excellent always a great atmosphere friendly Maurice is has maintained the high standards throughout.

Toni & Guy Bromley always provides a great service, beginning with a friendly welcome at reception, through to Dan’s talented and professional expertise. Good coffee and pleasant atmosphere.

Sadie did my hair today really lovely and friendly. Decided to do my hair differently for a change so wanted it wavy. Sadie made my hair feel really beuatiful and stylish! Gave me a lot of confidence and made me feel good as the way she did my hair makes me feel amazing.

Colourist Appointment: 22nd Dec 2018. I showed ***** a photo of what I wanted, and asked her to colour a few thin strands brown to achieve a subtle sun-kissed look on my wavy hair. She bleached maybe 6 thin strands and washed my hair. Then, when it came to adding the toner, instead of taking me back to the chair and painting it onto the isolated bleached strands. She covered 3/4 of my hair in the toner while my hair was in the sink (I presume as my hair is dark, she assumed the toner would only take to those bleached strands even though she did not discuss this with me before doing it). It was busy and I got the impression that she wanted to colour my hair quickly therefore decided to take a short-cut. In reality, the toner did take to my whole hair and my hair now looked dip dyed from high-up. I then had to wait 50mins until she had finished colouring another clients hair before she could fix mine. She stripped the colour to get rid of the dip dye look. At this point, I had been in the salon from 11:20am - 4:45pm. On top of this, I was not given a discount and was forced to use my student discount instead.

Toni and Guy Bromley is simply the best, better than all the rest...... sorry I'm no Tina Turner but I:ve been using this salon for ten years and it is the best in SE London. The usual 'cutting edge' styling by a friendly 'A' class team
