I was expecting a treatment where my hands would be also exfoliated and have a hand massage and I didn’t get that, even though the process where really quickly around 20 minutes I’m not really happy for not getting everything that it was promised when I booked, besides that the nails look really good.

Maria was absolutely incredible - I had a balayage and a cut, I love the colour and my hair feels so much healthier. I was sceptical as this was my first time at Clo & Flo and I haven't always had a great experience at new salon, but I will definitely be back!

She was absolutely lovely and great to talk to whilst getting my hair done. She made sure everything was done exactly how I like it, which is really important to me. In the past at other salons, I have had hairdressers who cut and dry my curly hair as if it were straight, but here, the hairdresser knew exactly how to manage my curls and I left leaving like they were exactly as I would do them myself but better.

Went in for a consultation with Maria ahead of a cut and colour appointment. She was very kind and knowledgeable, and gave some great advice for what colour will best match my skin tone and season. Can't wait for my next appointment!
I was recommended Clo & Flo by a neighbour and I’m so glad I went there! After getting many blow dries at different salons in the neighbourhood, I still wasn’t pleased with the results and wanted to find a reliable, go-to hairdresser/salon.
Ale was a lovely hairdresser and did a great job with my hair - I’m so pleased and can’t wait to return!
For blow dries, the salon’s loyalty scheme and blow dry package is also worth considering. Their pricing is also very good (for long/thick hair like mine) compared to other places in tbe South Ken area.
I’ve had around 5 blowdries (some of those with haircuts) from Nicola and she really is the best! I have very long, tight curly hair which gets frizzy. Not only do her blowdries look great on the day, but they last and stay sleek and smootb.
First visit & will definitely return. Very happy with blow dry & the best hair wash I’ve ever had in any salon.

I treated myself to having my hair done recently as I’d wanted it a certain way for ages but no one had been able to do it exactly how I asked. I’d never had Maria do my hair before and was not disappointed by trying someone new. My hair is exactly how I wanted it, it’s so beautifully coloured and natural looking with expertly-done baby lights to transform my dark roots and naturally warm-toned hair to light, bright, ashy blonde. Maria took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and explained everything to me when I asked silly questions. I’m very fussy and I’m over the moon with my hair. It looks amazing. I can’t wait to come back and have my highlights done again with Maria very soon. A million thank yous.

Long story short, I had my hair done by a hairdresser who never did my hair before at a salon I used to go to for over a decade (no ones EVER messed up). I left that salon angry and frustrated, as the colour was uneven, inconsistent, the highlights & the root colour bled into each other, it was orange and coppery not to mention dry and brittle. I knew the only place that I could trust would be Clo & Flo!! Nicola did an outstanding job, she listened, gave advice, and she put me at easy. I’ve been here twice for a blow dry. I have mixed race curly hair, and Maria has done an amazing job on my smooth bouncy blow dry both times! It held for 3 days both times and looked so healthy.

I received a great haircut and great hair advice. The online booking system is super convenient. Would also like to be able to book a hair treatment alongside a nails one online but was able to do this via phone.

As the title says, Maria did a FABULOUS haircut. She was a perfectionist and I'm absolutely over the moon and will definitely return. I visited Clo & Flo in May 2021 and I met Maria for a cut & blowdry upon a friend’s recommendation. I’m so so glad that I did! Since Maria worked on my hair, I don’t trust anybody else with it. She understood exactly what I wanted without me having to explain too much & she gave me the “new look” that I was looking for. Not only does she have magic hands for haircuts but also colour. I feel like the princess after every time she works on my hair. I don’t think I can trust anybody else except her to touch my hair ever again.
