Very expensive but not Nellie’s fault salon is very expensive. Cut cost should be included in colour service.

Good job but added over £60 worth of treatment on without mentioning or even asking me! It is so rude and unprofessional and obviously intentionally done to get more money off you as the hair dressers there get a percentage of each job that they do. I have NEVER left a bad review before but i am so shocked at the way he was so sneaky and unprofessional. I was a returning customer but would never attend this branch again or use him. So disappointing!

I will speak to Mike but the last time you were in you had the same service but without a blow dry (Balayage, Toner & Olaplex) on the 14th Feb 2023, As you should have been aware we also had a price increase on all services from 1st Oct 2023 which we had emailed all clients from August/ September.

I had a complete restyle. Sara really really listened, and took in stages as went from mid long to short cropped. Time was no issue, she constantly asked advised, but at the same time made sure I was fine every step of the way. Love love the haircut. Came away feeling great. She was very very sweet, very welcoming. I haven’t had a proper haircut in a while since I had a bad experience with a past hairdresser and honestly, Macki gave me so much trust in her and she cut my hair to perfection.
