Bit of a last minute booking with hair like a mop

Adam was my stylist and at first I was worried that he was not taking enough off the unruly mop but he created a good shape dried and began the real cut

He talked me through the cut and understood what adjustments i asked for I came out with exactly the cut I envisaged That is rare on a first visit to a new stylist.

I’ve been going to the same Toni & Guy in Canary Wharf for nearly a year and it’s always a joy. My regular stylist, Nikolett Ellis, is awesome, paying great attention to the detail and always giving service with a smile. Highly recommended!.

Tomoko, my hairdresser at Toni & Guy is great and attentive! I got a lovely haircut from her at short notice and she managed to get it all done in 40 minutes since I was short if time.

Felt great afterwards

Excellent with a high level of customer service. Everyone is very friendly here from the welcome desk to the very skilled stylists. I have never been disappointed!

I like to experience both senior and junior professionals. I’ve noticed that T&G is a training place and I think this is a great thing. The juniors are not able to adapt to the client that much, they stick to the standard cuts/ colours etc. Even their communication and smiles are so standardised, makes me feel I speak with a robot. In a way is effective, but can be weird ... I can accept that comes with the professional age, but for the client this is not reflected much in the final price. At least to have the opportunity to make a haircut/ colour plan jointly with a senior and a quick senior review at the end. Otherwise is not value for money.

Atmosphere: black and white, lacks originality

Positive aspects: flexible time slots, early and late opening times ( main reason for me to come to TG) the drinks, recommendation of good hair products, very good receptionists

I had a good time with Kate. She was friendly and understood exactly what I was looking for. She gave me a fun look and showed me a new way of styling my hair which will inject fun into my look. Would see her again!

I am always very happy with my experience and results from visits to Toni&Guy in Canary Wharf however I had a blow dry on Saturday afternoon. The person who washed my hair drenched the back of my top half way through. The hairstylist I had was 15 minutes late to do my blow dry. When came across miserable, no sense of conversation and rushed my blow dry. Usually Andrea or Nikki have done my blow dry and they are brilliant! Professional, happy and take pride in their work!

Tony and guy is slightly pricey but at ge end of the day they usually offer a convenient service and are very nice people. The receptojist was a bit difficult but the stylist understood what I wanted and was a nice person as well.

My colourist Serena always gives me a great colour.The salon is great.
Only one suggestion..Please make the basins more comfortable.,it’s killing my neck every time.This is the only thing I’m dreading there!

Not what I was expecting, too dark and not much to fix it. Bit upset

I felt that my haircut was rushed so wasnt finished as well as it could be as the next customer was waiting, my firing was too short and a bit wonky at the edges, certainly not as good an experience as my appointment in July.

Would like to give an amazing congrats to the colour done by Terry, he is very dedicated and knows how to get the best results

Really friendly service and great results every time

Tania was great, super efficient and I got the exact result of what I wanted. The cut itself is great but the overall service of the salon can be improved a lot. Almost no hello on arrival, i haven’t been offered any water or anything else to drink. The staff looked overall not very happy to be there to be honest! So nothing to say about the cut, but the atmosphere that was isn’t worth the price! That’s a shame knowing the talent of some of them.
